Apartment in the centre of Bremen

My terraced house with the name "Avalon" is situated in Bremen-Findorff, easily accessible to the main station as well as on foot as by a short bus ride. It only takes 15 minutes by bus, 10 by bike or half an hour on foot to reach the historic sights of the old town centre. Likewise you can easily reach the motorway, the city hall and the congress centre. A large supermarket, health food store as well as many other shops are in the vicinity, likewise restaurants of different nationalities. Despite the proximity to the town centre you enjoy a very quiet location. The street in which you can find my house is a one way road and has little traffic. Pretty fore gardens of the houses with brick facades display a pleasant environment. Bremen-Findorff is located next to the large and central Bürgerpark and the city forest and lake. It´s just a stone´s throw away from "Avalon" and there you can enjoy a good walk or do some jogging. The comfortably furnished non-smoker apartment has a double bed (1,40 m x 2 m). You also have a bedside table, a floor lamp, a desk with a chair, an open wardrobe for hanging in clothes, with a large mirror, a chest of drawers, a green plant, CD-player, radio, WiFi and a well-filled bookshelf at your disposal. Underfloor heating provides you with pleasant warmth. From the living-room you look onto a green back garden with an old apple tree. The apartment is situated in the basement. From the street you walk down a few steps, to the back garden you are at ground level. Next to the living-room you find a kitchen with fridge, small electric stove, sink, a light wooden table and two wicker chairs. Crockery and cooking utensils to prepare some food are available in a built-in cupboard. There is also a shower installed. A corridor with light tiles leads to the toilet, tiled in warm shades. "Avalon" is a non-smoker house!

Du suchst Urlaub am Wasser? Das lichtdurchflutete Eckhauses MEERBLICK41 liegt an einer Graft und hat den direkten Blick auf das offene Meer. Im Erdgeschoss mit einer großen Küche, Esstisch, Kamin und dem gemütlichen Wohnbereich findet jeder seinen Platz. Von hier aus kommt man direkt auf die große Terrasse, die über dem Wasser liegt. Die erste Etage hat zwei Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und die Sauna. Die Loggia ist einherrlicher Rückzugsort mit Blick auf das Wattenmeer.

Beautiful townhouse with garden

In this accommodation you have a lot of peace and quiet and can just switch off. There is plenty of parking and you should never have a problem finding one. From the house it takes about 10 minutes to get to Lilienthaler city center and about 35 minutes by train until you arrive in Bremen city center. The train stop is a 5-minute walk away. Wi-Fi available. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the house! I'd love the chance to answer any additional questions you may have.

Our vacation home is about 100 square meters and is on two floors. It has a living room, conservatory (with access to the terrace), kitchen and toilet on the first floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a bathroom with tub and shower. Sandstedt is right on the beautiful Weser with a small harbor. There is a good connection via the A27 towards Bremen or Bremerhaven as well as a ferry connection towards Oldenburg/East Frisia.

"Southern view" cozy semi-detached house!

The apartment has its own entrance and was very cozy and tastefully decorated. On the ground floor there is a nice large living and dining area with large window front, facing south. As well as a guest toilet. Via a staircase you reach the upper floor where there is a large bedroom and a smaller bedroom with sofa bed. A nice, bright and friendly bathroom with toilet, shower and sink is also located there.
