Our apartment 1 is located on the first floor of the house and is about 50 square meters. The large garden allows you to recharge your batteries or let off steam. Direct access to the terrace. Garden furniture with private seating and barbecue facilities invite you to linger. The views of the castle and the Ilsetal are picturesque.

A small apartment in Wernigerode - close to the center. The train station is about a 15-minute walk away. Our apartment has a sleeping area with double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and shower. In the living/sleeping area there is an led TV and a fridge. A table with 2 chairs, some dishes, cutlery, glasses, toaster, soluble coffee etc. are available for a small, simple breakfast.

There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.

The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub and invites you to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. A highlight is the balcony. You look at the chestnut avenue that gave the apartment its name.

So you can comfortably stay in a total of 3 bedrooms with 4 people.
