Our modern apartment has a terrace with a spectacular view over lake Wörthersee and the Karawanken Mountains, close to the Velden train station & A2 Süd Autobahn. The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

The chalet is located at an altitude of 1720 m, has a sauna and can be reached by car all year round. For summer holidaymakers there are hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Lake Ossiach can be reached in 25 minutes by car and in winter you are in the middle of the Gerlitzen ski area. The chair lift of the Wörtherseabfahrt is in 2 minutes walking distance. Ski tours or snowshoe hikes along the snow-covered slopes or in the forest are also welcome.

Enjoy this cozy apartment with large balcony and partial view of Lake Faak. Very centrally located and only a few minutes walk from the public beach (free of charge). The nicely furnished apartment can accommodate two to three people. Open-plan kitchen and living area with pleasant atmosphere, spacious bathroom and bedroom. Bikes can be parked in the private, lockable basement compartment. A grocery store is opposite.

An unforgettable stay in Stephano and Larissa's log cabin! It was an all-around perfect stay in the lovingly furnished log cabin of Stephano and Larissa. – We felt incredibly comfortable from the first moment. The cottage exudes a cozy, warm atmosphere and is furnished with great attention to detail. Everything was very clean, tidy and well prepared. Stephano and Larissa are wonderful hosts – warm, helpful and always approachable. You can feel how much passion they put into this special little piece of earth. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful and invite you to relax, hike or simply breathe deeply. If there were more than five stars to give, we would give them immediately. We will definitely come back and can highly recommend this place!

Really nice place to access the lake district. The house is beautifull with an epic terrace with view on the valley (not on the lake). Easy access to several trekkings all around. Velden is a very nice little village too, shame about Villach wich is a completely dead city - nothing to do at all.. except for the Spa.

The house was as described and in a wonderful location to see the area. Conveniently located near the ferry terminal, bus stop, and train stop. The lake was perfect for swimming and the views of the lake were stunning. Hiking was also accessable from the BnB doorstep. Markus was very accommodating and helpful. He provided recommendations for us and was attentive to our needs. We would absolutely like to stay here again!

Arrived and felt right at home! The house is superbly divided and the rooms are functionally furnished. Heidi replaced a mattress that was no longer good within a day. It's great that we were allowed to use everything. We almost inflated the bike. Because there is only one bathroom and toilet on the first floor, you could often hear the stairs creaking loudly at night. For us house dust allergy sufferers, the many carpets, upholstery and pillows are not optimal, next time we will take medication, because we would very much like to come back. Many thanks also for the very friendly welcome and great hospitality!
