My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Rural location in the small village of Grebs in Hoher Fläming 45 minutes southwest of Berlin. The large communal garden with forest directly behind it offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the second floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. We like to welcome you in our lovely renovated apartment.It has 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living room and bathroom (ca 90qm) The center can be reached in 10min, Potsdam is 50min away, Berlin ca 90min. Just 300m from us you find the bus station, also near by is a super market, the Castle of Plaue and a park. We are right near the water, you are welcome to bring your kayak or a bike. It can be left in the yard, when not used. There is plenty of free parking on the street.

Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

In 2013 we had the opportunity to purchase a property right on the water. Next to our now completely renovated detached house, the cottage located directly on the water is also located on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over Lake Templin make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and our own sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.

It was a very nice week. The apartment is sufficiently large. There are 4 beds. A fully equipped kitchen. Towels, bed linen were provided. We were very pleased. Beate has allowed us access to the garden and pond. We found it very nice to sit by the pond in the sun in the afternoon. Otherwise, the train station is a 20-minute walk away. There's an Edeka on the way. Thank you again.

We had a girls' weekend and the accommodation was very suitable for that. Especially when you (at our age) prefer to sleep alone. I found the photo with the lake a bit misleading, I thought we had a lake view, but I had not read it exactly but let myself be "seduced" by the photos. You had to walk about 8 minutes to the swimming area, to the small beautiful beach it was about 12 minutes walk through the very charming housing estate. The beds were very comfortable, the two sofas a little "stiff", not quite suitable for chilling. We used the car for excursions in the area, but it would certainly also be very good by bike. Brandenburg is beautiful and the area around the apartment is fantastic with this special construction of the settlement houses there, which was designed with a lot of love. We felt like we were on vacation from the very first moment! The hosts took care of us wonderfully, immediately gave tips and were always available!

We had a few very relaxing days in Knut's loft. Everything was completely uncomplicated and Knut is a good host with wit and humor. The accommodation is functional and yet tastefully furnished. Everything important is available. Great environment near the water with many possibilities. It was definitely worth coming here! Thank you, Knut!!!
