This was my second stay at this Airbnb, and I would have booked it for a third stay. Unfortunately it wasnt available for the days I needed it. This is a wonderful place, the hosts are great people, and very pleasant to work with. I look forward to my next stay. 😁

I loved the private entrance and it was super quiet. Couldn’t even tell there were others upstairs at the residence. Super comfortable bed and the place had everything we needed.

Spacious 3br Main Floor Unit Near USU and Downtown

Mindi did a great job with the renovation of an old house with a basement . It was made to two Arbnb’s .We stayed at the top in a 3 bedroom house.The front of the house is on a rural road that can be busy at times but it is easy to get in and out of the driveway . The two bedrooms and the living room are in the front of the house. The master bedroom was on the back of the house and It was much more quiet with back yard with trees and birds. I loved the fresh air and the coolness from the multiple streams surrounding the neighborhood. There are two bathrooms that made our stay more comfortable even though we are a couple. Mindi went above and beyond to take care of the house prior to our arrival as we have allergies. she has allergy mattress’s covers and pillowcases. She also had a coffee keurig machine and she got good quality local coffee for us. I love the tea maker and I will buy one for my house. The house was very nice and we will rebook

Quiet home perfect if you want to visit the crystal hot springs right down the road. The beds were clean and comfortable and the house was clean. Since they do allow pets the house did have an animal smell when first arriving but it cleared out within a couple hours. Also didn't have a ton of utensils to use when needing scissors to cut open something.

We absolutely loved Jodi‘s place. From the moment we walked into the house, we felt welcome! Within minutes, our teenagers were hunting through the house for lucky ducks. I couldn’t believe how well stocked the house, especially the kitchen was. In fact, we were laughing because my wife brought some small dumbbells that she uses as part of her workout routine. As we were getting settled in, we saw those same dumbbells already there at the house. We joked around that the kitchen pantry was our very own “room of requirement”. If we needed something, we went to that pantry and inevitably, and inexplicably, it was there. The yard was immaculate. We enjoyed visiting with the neighbor who was taking care of the lawn. I could not believe how much care he gave it. We loved sitting out there and watching the ducks and the beavers swim by. There are also so many beautiful birds as well. The home was very comfortable and was in the perfect location. We loved the neighborhood!

We absolutely loved our stay in this adorable vintage home. It had so much charm and character. The peaceful, secluded yard was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. The host was very responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. A much-needed and memorable getaway. We would love to go back.

Great place to stay! Clean, great game selection, love that there was plenty of comfortable seating for 6 adults. FYI a neighbor has a rooster and he likes to crow starting from 4:30am and on (we were there in June). White noise worked well to drown him out.
