This cozy self-catering cottage is nestled in our back garden. It is ideally situated 6km from the Manyane gate of Pilanesberg National Park. It is fully equipped and can sleep up to 3 people sharing. There are emergency lights, a gas stove and a gas geyser to make your stay more comfortable during load shedding. There is a private BBQ/braai on the small verandah for you to enjoy. The swimming pool in the front garden over looks the Pilanesberg mountain providing a lovely view. Enjoy it.

The cabin for 2 is build from natural stone and balanced on an 80 m high cliff overlooking a valley covered in trees and a mountain in the distance. The cabin has luxuries such as air conditioner, fireplace both in and outside, rock pool and jacuzzi on the edge of the cliff, open air shower and a bath overlooking the valley. Aloe Rock Cabin is well equipped with 220 v electricity, geyser, stove, microwave, gas barbeque, fridge, freezer and all the things needed for day to day catering.

The place is secure and the room was beautiful and very clean! The host was there, available to answer any of my questions! I particularly appreciated the fact she was able to organise transport for me - I was going to Sun City for an overnight event and she arranged that for me at a very reasonable cost. Also, when going there, if you put the name of the guest house on your GPS, you can easily locate it :) All in all, I enjoyed my short stay!

Me and my family had a wonderful time at die ou stoor. It was so peaceful and felt like home away from home. Mike was always ready to help and took care of us so well. I would definitely go back. It was a beautiful experience. The downside was that during our say they had electricity issue, but they provided us with a generator for a few hours to charge our electronics.
