This was the perfect spot for our quick stay. The beds were so comfortable, amenities were as described, and my kids loved the full backyard. The pack and play option is always appreciated!

The description of her listing accurately reflects the home, which is located in a nice area and is very convenient for our visits, making commuting easy. As long as her listing is available, we will continue to stay there.

This was the perfect fit for my family to enjoy for a college graduation we attended. As soon as we walked in we were in love with the setup and decor. The place was immaculate and clean, with a modern feel. The beds were so comfy and the backyard was beautiful and a great place for the dogs to run around. We really enjoyed our stay!

The house is so full of character! Very fun to take it all in. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is fully stocked and the bedrooms s are cozy and beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Felt like home away from home while working in Colorado. Would have loved to stay for good. Everything need is nearby but the property is located away from busy streets.

I was nervous about using an Airbnb again after a bad experience a couple years ago. I’m so glad I gave the service another chance. This place met and exceeded my family’s expectations. This was perfect for our weeklong stay. My kids (5months and 3yo) had plenty of safe room to play. The hosts were so helpful and hospitable. Perfect experience.

Stayed at Raquel’s place for a month during a work trip at CSU. The place is separated from the main house remaining private and quiet. Holly met me at the property and made me feel very welcome and recommended some local places to eat. Raquel kindly bought me some items for my stay which was a really lovely touch. The space is very comfortable and clean with everything and more during my stay. The house is in a peaceful neighbourhood and a good location for downtown Fort Collins. Holly was great at responding and very polite when we met. I felt really lucky to find a really nice place far away from home. Highly recommend to future guests.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful, very well located, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond, and truly empathetic. We asked for help with several things, and she always found a way to support us. We 100% recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place ! I highly recommend very clean nice and quiet, You’re close to a park and a lake, golf and # of very good restaurants, 20 minutes to Fort Collins an 1hr to Denver,45 min to Cheyenne ,You can’t beat this location, couldn’t ask for a better host.

This was the second consecutive year we visited CSU Fort Collins for a football camp; we stayed in the same neighborhood literally a block away. This year I must say with James as our host it was a much more comfortable experience: 1. He allowed my family to check a few minutes earlier 2. His proactive instructions prevented us from driving around to search for the pools. 3. Response time was immediate we didn’t have to wait hours for a response to a simple question. 4. He allows pets so our entire family could enjoy our visit. We hope next year the property is available for next year’s visit.

There was a vase of beautiful bearded iris flowers on the table. Clear instructions available. Being right across the street from Hays Market was great for us. Briefly ran into Kelly outside, super friendly. We will be checking availability next time we are in the area.

Flor was so kind and very attentive, she and her husband were very timely and provided what we needed upon request. I loved the secluded area, out of the city. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend their place.

This place is incredibly charming. I planned a bachelorette party here for a cabin getaway vibe and it was perfect. The interior is adorable and makes for great pictures, the backyard with the lake is private and spacious. I will say the beds were a little bit saggy, but that’s really the only complaint. the cottage is located near several cow farms but the smell wasn’t too bad and you can’t see them from the property. The lake is gorgeous and technically safe for swimming but is very shallow and doesn’t have a “beach” area. The hosts were very kind and responsive and left us some goodies. all the way around this was a great set up and incredible deal. Do note that there is not much at all to do in the surrounding area. nearest grocery store is 25 mins away.

Gail and Elton were fabulous. They welcomed us even though we were a little early. They showed us around all the outside amenities and showed us their farm animals which include cows, Guinea’s, peacocks, white swans, and even 2 black swans. They showed our dogs love and left us farm fresh eggs to cook! Gail made sure we had plenty of snacks, water, and coffee for the weekend! The place was out in the country in 40acres and was just beautiful!

My family of four stayed for three nights and enjoyed the cozy space, beautiful views, horses and a wonderful host! I highly recommend Brenda’s place for a little getaway and highly recommend Brenda as a kind and helpful host.

Kristi’s place was just as described. She was very responsive and accommodating even when we needed to alter our dates by a day. It was well worth the stay! There were 5 adults staying there. However, there were only 2 washcloths. Although there is a washer and dryer, more were needed. But, that was easily remedied as I just purchased some. Some reviews had mentioned road noise. However, we did not notice any nor did it interfere with our sleep. For sure, a recommended Airbnb for certain!

We had a wonderful stay at Annie's house! Our toddler loved the playground in the backyard. The house is just a couple of blocks from Main Street in downtown Windsor so you can easily walk everywhere. Next time we're back in Windsor we will definitely stay here again!

The house, yard and patio area were all amazing! By far the cleanest Air BnB that I have ever stayed in! It had absolutely everything we needed- VERY well stocked! We never really know what to expect and were pleasantly surprised by how well the kitchen was stocked, made it feel like home. We had our two dogs with us and the fenced in yard made our trip sooo much better. We were able to sit outside, grill and exercise the dogs. Amazing place! Would highly recommend for a family with pets looking to cook at home and spend time together!
