The apartment is located in the basement of the house (pleasantly cool in summer). The landlord lives upstairs. In 2025 I completely renovated another apartment and added to my 4 sun AVA apartment complex. AVA 3 is 60m2 and is located on the 1st floor of the main house. Spaces: entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower ( 1.20 m x1m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. The rooms are modern and bright. Relax in this special and quiet space.

We have extended our spacious roof terrace with a small guest accommodation and completely refurnished it - great lake view!! The guest room on the 2nd floor with a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom with toilet is accessible via a private entrance. Very central & within walking distance to the main square, the local infrastructure is easily accessible.
