Everything as described. Very nice, quiet location and a superbly equipped place. No wish was left unfulfilled. Fast, nice and direct communication. Always happy to come back when we are in the area.

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Beautiful apartment in the heart of Nijmegen city center. Comfortable beds, delicious kitchen and beautiful living room. Leon always responded very quickly and was helpful.

It's a really nice apartment. Check-in was smooth and in person. The apartment owner's brother was very nice. There were cold drinks and sweets. The sofa bed was comfortable and it was clean. The only drawback: the Wi-Fi did not work. Since we only tested this at night, we did not make any further contact. We leave early in the morning. A solution would probably have been found.

My parents, who stayed for two nights in the beautiful apartment, liked the stay very much. She would book the apartment again at any time to explore Xanten and the surrounding area. They particularly liked the location, the cleanliness and the cozy furnishings. The contact with the hosts was very reliable and friendly.

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. I cannot fault our stay. Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. Fantastic property, with interesting architecture. Comfy beds, big patio, inviting and secluded garden, spacious lounge. Communication was great, even late. The apartment is incredibly beautiful , huge , well equipped, especially for children a huge recommendation! We were welcomed with very nice attentions for us and our baby and can only recommend this really nice and clean apartment! Thank you again !

It was a great stay. I'm sure I'll be booking with Svenja often. The house was decorated great for Christmas and communication with Svenja was really excellent! I can only give an absolute recommendation. If you want to go to Moers, the bus stop is within walking distance, as is the center of Schwafheim with various shopping opportunities. And especially important for me, the AWO Seniorenzentrum is also only 4-5 minutes by walk.

Had a very nice long weekend. The host was already waiting for us on arrival, a very friendly woman. Could always go to her if anything came up. We missed an umbrella after an hour it was there. Great.

Beautiful house. Spacious, clean, nice view. And nice and free. Only thing you hear are birds and somewhere someone who works on the land. So rest everywhere. All provided, nice towels, good beds. Small note, the bedroom with the "older"bed had no direct outside light and air. They had solved it very well, but if you are someone who likes to sleep with an open window, you have to sleep in the room with the separate beds. Wasn't a problem for us, but it's just for your info. We would come back again in a heartbeat.

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

Our stay in Wesel was wonderful. Jasmina and Akif's apartment was just as beautiful as shown in the pictures or as described and superbly equipped. The location is good, nice and quiet and we liked to use the playground in the residential complex. The parking space that belongs to the apartment is also very practical. Jasmina always got back to us quickly and also helped with tips for the area. The exchange with her was always very pleasant and uncomplicated. If we are in the area again, we will be happy to come back.

Bella’s place is a bit of a gem. A large two bed flat, with great living space. Location is quiet and peaceful and we were able to walk into the city. Plenty of public transport too. Communication was great.

Nice accommodation with a stylish and cozy decor. The space has a spacious roof terrace. Each window is fitted with a good screen, making the room incredibly easy to ventilate after a warm day. Anja is a very friendly host. She responds quickly to messages, thinks along and makes you feel welcome quickly. We loved the stay!
