Holiday rentals with a patio in Weddington

Me and my older kids came to stay for a wedding. Our stay was amazing! Everything looked great and we were able to take in the peaceful views from the balcony and sample some of the local restaurants. I would definitely stay again and hopefully for longer next time.

Great apartment! We came for the Lovin' Life Music Fest; it was about a 20 minute, easy walk. Plenty of space in the apartment, beds were comfortable, couch was slightly on the small side, but there were only 2 of us, so it was fine. The key fob wasn't left in the lock box upon our arrival, but I reached out and was responded to in about 10 minutes and he was able to let us in. Definitely would recommend this place and if we come back to the festival, I would stay here again!

Malik’s place was amazing! It was exactly as described and went above our expectations for amenities, cleanliness, and provisions. Malik’s was extremely responsive and communicated clearly and timely. This was truly an impressive place to stay!

This Airbnb was absolutely luxurious and incredibly clean. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into every detail — each bedroom was spotless, and the bathrooms were pristine. The host was always attentive and helpful, providing us with great recommendations on places to visit and things to do in Charlotte. I also want to highlight their kindness and hospitality, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved the place and highly recommend it — not only because of its quality, but also because of its perfect location. Everything was within walking distance! I highly recommended this place.

Highly recommend! Quinsia was a great host, communicated check in details, checked in the next day to make sure we were doing well, very attentive! Everything was very clean and comfortable. Perfect location to walk to events in uptown! Would return if we are in Charlotte in the future.

Great location on a quiet street very close to downtown area,. Long public walk/bike/run space right across the street….id come back just for that…

This airbnb is only 4 miles away from The Barn at Blue Sky Farm which is why I chose it to stay while attending a family wedding at that location. It is clean and very peaceful. Church bells play faintly off in the distance mid morning. Full kitchen with oven, stove and full sized fridge for anyone that wants to cook any meals. The guest is able to turn on either AC or heat and set the temperature. With the weather in the 70s during my stay I found AC in the late afternoon kept it comfortable and having the window and doors open earlier in the day rather than AC was best. I didn't meet the hosts, but it was easy to access the unit on my own. As parking is under the large deck, the car stays shaded and cool. There is a nice clothing rack and hangers to hang up your formal wear if you are a wedding guest! I'm really glad I chose this location to stay at for the wedding and would recommend it.

Amazing stay in Fort Mill- look forward to renting again from host. Everything from the kitchen amenities to the care for bedding/bathroom was perfect.

Ammie’s place was beautifully decorated, very clean, quiet, and thoughtfully well equipped. It was a wonderful overnight visit and would be great for an extended stay. He also offered us early check-in if we were in the area. We would definitely return.

6 of us stayed here to celebrate my broth-in law’s 60’s birthday. It was perfect! We really enjoyed the location, the interior, and the beautiful exterior space. Had fun renting the pontoon boat for an afternoon, used kayaks, played arcade, ping pong and had a big BBQ on the expansive deck. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a family wedding. This home was easy to navigate to everything we needed, and had plenty of room for us to visit with family. The streets were walkable, neighbors friendly, and though we didn't use it, it was nice to have the garage option. Wonderful, beautiful home. Gas range was a bonus!!

If you are going to be staying near Waxhaw, NC stop looking this is the place. My only complaint is the address takes you to the front door. And the access and parking is in the back. Chris may have put that in the instructions. But who reads the instructions until it is dar. I just wondered around and quickly figured it out. We got in later than expected. So we did not want to bother anyone so late. But me and my in-laws walked in and WOW. What a pleasant surprise to find a house so spacious. Easily could sleep more if needed.

Amy was an excellent host. She had the place fully stocked with little snacks, coffee pods, shampoo/soap, hair dryer, even poop bags for our pups. We loved the little things she provided like charging cords, extra towels, blankets and the beds & linens were really comfy. The house is walkable to Waxhaw Downtown Park where we took the kids to play. We were also able to walk to downtown restaurants for brunch. The house is one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in and a huge plus it’s pet friendly. We were in town for a graduation and would definitely stay here again.

We visited Monroe for the funeral of a very close family member and were so thankful to find a home that was large enough for us and pet friendly. It was in a quiet location. The home was very clean. The pastor performing the funeral stopped by to help us prepare for the service and said he had been to the home years ago and it was amazing how great the work was that had been done to the home since the new owners have remodeled it. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone traveling to Monroe. The huge fenced in back yard was such a nice bonus for our Yorkie to run around in also. The owner was very nice and responded right away when we reached out to him.

Very comfortable home in an older, safe neighborhood. We stayed with our two children and felt right at home. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to make a meal (basic seasonings, oil, coffee, soap). The laundry was great, new machines, supplies available. It was the perfect spot for us to stay for the week.

Jarred was such a great host! His place was beautiful, there are tons to do in the neighborhood within walking distance at all hours, and I felt right at home. 10/10 experience! I highly recommend Jarred as a host and would definitely stay here again!!

The place was very cute, clean, and in an excellent location! Whenever we are back in Charlotte, this will be the first place we check for availability. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The pictures don’t do it justice. It was absolutely beautiful. Had a great little balcony that you could sit out at with little tables. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pot, pans, and utensils. Plenty of fresh linens ,super comfortable beds and the decor was beautiful.

The apartment is very clean and very quiet, about 20 minutes from downtown Charlotte. If I return to Charlotte, it would be a place to return to.

We loved our stay at the Zen Den! The space was cute, quiet, and cozy—absolutely perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Charlotte. It’s in a peaceful, walkable neighborhood and close to some of the city’s best restaurants, breweries, museums, and greenways. Everything was thoughtfully designed and well-maintained. We highly recommend staying at the Zen Den and would absolutely book again!

I have been around Charlotte for a couple of weeks and this was the best place I have stayed in since I have been here!!!! For an apartment this was great! Everything you want and need was there. This was like being at home just in a different place. I would rent this place for a month for sure!

absolutely great apartment, fully stocked with any and everything that might be needed on a stay. soaps, lotions, books, board games, throws, etc. Diana was very responsive to my suggestion of adding an internal safety door lock, separate from the digital lock on the doors. she said she would add those this week. very happy with our stay ! beautiful neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Optimistic Hall within walking distance, huge selection of foods, and patio areas to relax and converse.
