The kitchen is well prepared to create a gourmet dinner and blazing fast wifi is ideal to work at the desk or to watch a movie. We have a relaxing outdoor space for you to enjoy as well.

I love a clean and bright space decorated with flowers. You can expect that and a quiet environment where you can hear the birds chirping and not much else. There is a plaza across the street with lots of food shopping, the UofG is a 7 minute walk and the local mall is 15 minutes by foot if you like to spend time there. This house is perfect for people who want to relax and cook while they are in town. There is plenty of space (2,300 sq ft) to socialize and unwind with four large bedrooms.

Plus a great room (with 65” HDTV) for up to 3 extended guests on proper XL mattresses. And 1 couch. All rooms are generously sized. You have access to all common areas. Washer / dryer onsite. 4 parking spots. PLEASE Note: my personal residence is in the basement, but I have a separate entrance and often leave when the house is booked.
