Holiday rentals with a sauna in Wat Ket

We had an amazing time staying here. Definitely worth the price and looks exactly like the pictures. John is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

The place is great, it’s directly opposite 7-11, there’s a traffic controller to assist you to cross the road. Plenty of eateries around the area and near the night bazaar. Host response fast, place clean.

We had such a great stay! The space was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. Maggie and Jia were super helpful—responsive, kind, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It felt like a home away from home, and we loved our time there. Highly recommend!

I was finishing a 4 month trip in Asia and just wanted a place to rest and get ready for my return trip. Summer's place was just perfect for that. The apartment had everything required , was clean and quiet and I especially enjoyed the pool, sauna and gym. Summer is a communicative and friendly hostess and can highly recommend the apartment to anyone. I walked everywhere, too,but just as easily you can get a local uber To the airport it took a few minutes from the property.

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

We had a lovely time staying at this nice airbnb. The space was very clean and spacious. It was a nice place to relax after spending a long day doing activities in Chiang Mai. The amenities like the pool and sauna were a great bonus for relaxation. Our family appreciated how it was a walkable distance from the night market.

Apartments with a pleasant view of greenery and the river. All necessities for cooking and laundry are available. Clean bed linens and towels of good quality. There's a large clean swimming pool on the property. The construction nearby is barely audible, cicadas are much louder. Only annoying thing is the noise from the refrigerator. Overall, I enjoyed everything and recommend it.

This Airbnb is located in a fancy, luxury apartment complex and comes with all the necessary amenities. It feels more like a hotel than an apartment. The lobby area features a vehicle rental desk, a tours and travel desk (where you can book day tour packages), and a cute coffee spot. The host is very responsive. However, the apartment complex has a somewhat deserted feel, we barely saw anyone around.

L’appartement est génial pour 2, literie d’un confort incroyable. Très propre et 100% fidèle à la description. Équipements au top ! Emplacement super au calme un peu excentré mais super en face du grand centre commercial. Très facile pour les Grab/Bolt de venir nous chercher/ déposer pour pas cher. Bonne communication avec Kate, très réactive. Mais peut être prendre en compte que certains n’ont pas récupéré une carte SIM ou ne sont pas connectés au réseau donc pas toujours possible de répondre ou de voir les messages en temps et en heure. Je recommande à 100% !!! Encore merci !

Perfect airbnb, could not have asked for anything better. The apartment has a coffee shop downstairs and opposite the street, 7-11 walking distance, lots of food vendors at night, 5-20 minutes taxi from most popular destinations costing about USD $3 on average each ride. I prioritised a quiet, modern, safe apartment and comfortable stay and that's what I got. I will stay here again if I come to Chiang Mai. 5 stars.

Beautiful room in the corner with lots of windows and on the 15th floor. If you want a beautiful view, space, and quiet, you will not find better than this. The hosts were incredibly friendly and kind, the space was very clean and had a lot of sauces and things for cooking which was nice. Of all the rooms in Astra, this one has the largest living room, I think even than some of the two bedroom layouts that are more expensive. Plus it is in the corner so there are more windows. It is a unique room design that only exists in this corner of the building. Being fifteen floors high, it is also as quiet as you can get. This is probably the best room in Astra other than the penthouse (I'm guessing, I haven't seen it). This is a gem, I checked out many rooms in Astra and I think this is it. Highly recommend and the hosts are super nice.

Heel erg mooi verblijf. Het binnen komen ging soepel met de juiste instructies. Het appartement zelf was precies zoals aangegeven. Het appartementencomplex was heel erg rustig en mooi, er hangen alleen wel overal posters dat het niet geschikt is voor backpackers en hotelgangers. Je moet daar een beetje langs kijken. Er was veel te doen in de omgeving en het ligt heel centraal. Er kwamen soms luchtjes vanuit de badkamer maar daar had ik weinig last van. Wat verwacht je ook van Thailand ;) Er was een lekkage door de aardbeving in Myanmar, ik had hier zelf geen problemen mee, de eigenaar verontschuldigden zich heel vaak en gaf tijdelijke oplossingen voor het probleem, maar het viel me niet lastig. De eigenaar was hier heel behulpzaam mee. Over het algemeen een geweldig appartement!!

I liked this condo quite a bit! It is not a long walk from the Astra to some of the more popular night markets, there is a nice little cafe in the lobby that is open during the daytime, and it is easy to get rides all over town. Gym is a bit cramped (and popular!) but the equipment is modern and well maintained, with great views of the city of the cardio machines. I didn’t use the pool but it looked attractive too. The building staff are friendly and helpful. Pascal was a kind host. I’d easily recommend this as a comfortable stay for a solo traveler or a couple.

We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

Supansa is a great host and replies to messages very quickly. We had an issue with the hot water not being enough to fill the bathtub and she promptly had the water tank replaced. The location may not work for some but it was perfect for us while we looked for a long term rental in Hang Dong close to the international schools. Thank you!
