This place was incredible; the apartment was clean and nice and the rooftop pool was stunning. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive and so so helpful. Definitely recommend!

Siriporn was a gracious and friendly host. The condo, washing machine, pool, and fitness facility were perfect for our month-long stay. The condo is centrally located to a number of walkable attractions—night market, Sunday Night Market, Old City, and the flower market. The condo complex is secure and modern—with a coffee shop on the first floor. A large grocery store is only a 10 minute walk. Plenty of taxis and Tuk-Tuks available. The AC and TVs are excellent.

This unit is incredibly clean and well furnished. It is small in size, as are all the units in this building, but surprisingly the layouts makes very good use of the space. There is a separate kitchen, living area, bedroom, and bathroom, all of which feel comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, above and beyond what you normally expect from an AirBNB, and feels more like a real home that someone lives in. The bed is king size, and has very high quality sheets that keep you feeling nice and cool (something very important to me). Very quiet, despite being on a relatively floor (also important to me). The living room has a large TV and comfortable, clean sofa. The only thing to be aware of is that the unit is quite far from the main lobby. It's about a 2 minute walk to your room. Doesn't bother me at all, but if you have difficulty walking it could. Overall, a perfect 10/10 from me where AirBNB stays are concerned!

We had a wonderful stay at the Astra Condo in Chiang Mai. The unit was clean, modern, and exactly as described in the listing. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. I especially appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the washing machine, which made my stay feel more like home. Communication with Suresh and Jane was always responsive and helpful! We needed a few more towels and some were dropped off the same day! We left our key card in the unit and were able to get the code to get back in very quickly! The building itself is in a great location—just a short walk to the Night Bazaar and several cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. The rooftop pool and gym were a huge bonus, offering stunning views of the city and a relaxing atmosphere. Check-in and communication with the host were smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend staying at this condo!

Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto! La comunicazione con l’host è stata chiara, veloce e sempre disponibile per ogni necessità. L’appartamento era esattamente come descritto – pulitissimo, ben arredato e curato in ogni dettaglio. La posizione è ottima, comoda per muoversi e visitare la zona. Abbiamo trovato tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno, e anche qualcosa in più! Si vede che l’host tiene davvero a far sentire gli ospiti a casa. Consigliatissimo – tornerei sicuramente!

This was a great place to stay, close to the night market and in the middle of many things. For a little peace and a great view, just go up to the top floor where there's a garden and a pool. The view is beautiful.

We hebben met onze kinderen van 2 en 4 een heerlijk verblijf gehad in het appartement van Lala. Lala had zelfs een hoge stoel en babybed geregeld voor onze jongste dochter. Locatie was voor ons perfect. Net buiten de drukte maar wel op loopafstand van verschillende leuke eettentjes, supermarkt en de night bazaar en een zwembad op het dak. We hadden de eerste dagen wat problemen met de douche maar dit werd snel opgelost. Zelfs tijdens Songkran! Lala was altijd snel en goed te bereiken. Kortom wij raden dit verblijf zeker aan.

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

The hotel is located nearby the city the room is cozy and clean the host is very nice and kind the staff are warmly welcome and useful :)

Very comfortable apartment for the four of us. Nice kitchen. Great location on a quiet street within walking distance of the University and transportation around the city.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is brand new, very clean, and well-maintained — everything looks fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It’s clear that the host takes great care of the place. A big thank you to the host as well — she was always available, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Although the apartment is on the 4th floor, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the charming view from the window — a small family of goats grazing just outside, and a beautiful Russian Orthodox church in the background. It felt very special and unique. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, with a cozy atmosphere and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

I am very happy to spend our happy trip to Chiang Mai in this condo, with beautiful decoration, complete facilities, advanced home appliances and a luxury swimming pool with a good view upstairs. If I come to Chiang Mai again, I will choose this condo🥰

The apt is clean and neat. It feels like home. Everything you need is all in the house. The Netflix is already logged in for me to enjoy. But it can’t watch at the last day, it’s ok. The carpark is spacious. Parking space is wide enough, the building is newly built and everything is smart devices. The gym is not big but enough to use, steam is well functioning but not sauna. I didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool since the weather a bit windy. But the pool looks cool and surely chill!! Overall, it is well recommended to solo travellers. The place is convenient, nearby is 7-11 and KFC. I will definitely visit Chiang Mai again and book this stay again!!

As full time travelers, we have seen it all and are quite picky about where we stay. this place is top tier and met or exceeded all our needs. we ended up adding days and stayed 10 days. everything is super easy from check in, to host communication. the Hosts are very nice and quick to respond to your message. the place is as the pictures show and very clean. the building itself inside is super quiet. you will not hear any neighbors. we did not see any other people at all most days. the gym and pool are nice and easy to access. you will love the size of this condo with two full bathrooms and a comfy couch with big screen smart TV . the main room bed is very comfortable with nice new bedding. the kitchen has what you need to prepare a simple meal. I highly recommend a stay here.

I booked this place for my friends because I had stayed here before and had a great experience. That’s why I recommended it to them and they absolutely loved it! The room was very clean, with no insects or ants at all. It’s in a great location, close to the Night Bazaar ,7-11 . They appreciated the fast internet, the smart TV, and the fact that they could cook their own meals. They were very happy with their stay.
