Holiday rentals with beach access in Washoe County

We LOVE this area! We usually stay in the houses along the waterfront when we have large groups, but this was perfect for a quick trip with just my husband & I. This area is our favorite. The coffee shop & water bar are the perfect spots for evening drinks & apps or pastries & lattes in the morning after a sunrise walk around the lake. You can spend the day shopping at the huge shopping center that's just a short walk down the road. Everything you can think is right there. And it just a quick 10 min drive if you wanted to go down to the row and try your luck at the casinos. My only complaint would be that the apartment complex was so big & complex, there was no maps that it was kinda hard to find our unit. Especially since we arrived late and there was no one at the front desk who could help. Other than that, it was a great stay & we'll definitely be back.

Global's listing was well worth the visit. It is such a peaceful spot both inside and out. We walked around the lake, worked out in the gym, ate at the restaurant next door, had coffee and bagels at the coffee shop downstairs, watched 2 late nite movies on the ultra wide screen TV and utilized the well stocked kitchen to warm up left overs and make popcorn. It was so easyto just to relax around the complex, however we were also so close to all the activities we planned...15 minutes from the Belice musical that we attended in Reno, 7 minutes from the rifle range in Sparks, and 15 minutes from the Automotive Museum in Reno. Oh and the bed was super comfy!! This was an amazing getaway to celebrate my husband's 65th birthday. Thanks to Chris for sharing his space & hospitality!

Wonderful condo: quiet, super clean and well-decorated, high ceilings, big windows, great view. An especially great stay of you are a dog owner… there is a walking trail around the lake right outside the door. Also walkable to great shopping and restaurants.

This was a great stay! A vacation timeshare, so it had a hotel-like high quality and was extremely comfortable and spacious.

Clean and comfortable, centrally located and the views are beautiful. We enjoyed the safe and secure parking so close to the unit. This was the perfect home for our group, we had a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay at Peggy's Airbnb! The location is unbeatable – just a quick 5-minute drive to Diamond Peak ski resort, making our ski trip incredibly easy, especially with our group of 7. This was a huge plus for us! The property was very clean upon arrival, which we really appreciated. Traveling as two families, we found the home mostly well-equipped for our needs. The amenities were generally sufficient for a pleasant stay. Regarding value, the price was higher compared to some other properties we've rented in this complex before, which were sometimes more spacious. Overall, we had a wonderful and hassle-free stay. The proximity to Diamond Peak, the cleanliness, and the general comfort made for a great vacation. We would definitely recommend this property, especially to families or groups looking for a conveniently located and clean base for their Diamond Peak adventures. Thank you Peggy for a great stay!

Great place especially for larger groups. We had 14 and everyone was comfortable. Just be aware that this house is 4 levels and the stairs are a consideration. Would go back again!

We stayed here for 2 months while our home was being remodeled. The house was amazing and Even was super! He even let us bring in some of our things since we were going to be there for so long. The neighborhood was so beautiful, especially the blooming trees in the spring. Evan was very responsive and so easy to work with! Thank you so much for making a wonderful experience!

I don’t think I could have chosen a better place for my family. Every room in the house was thoughtful and considerate, especially for my kids. It actually feels like a home. Will definitely stay again next time in Tahoe.

We enjoyed staying in Incline Village where we could walk to anything (good location!) Brian's place was spacious, well equipped and clean - we loved the deck and the sound of the creek! Check in was easy and host was fast with communication. Would love to return again to this home, and to Lake Tahoe!

We stayed here for a bachelor party. There were 5 of us with plenty of space. TV was large with a nice sound bar. Kitchen was loaded with amenities, well-suited for cooking. The hot tub was a lot of fun, plus there are heat lamps on the deck to warm up. Overall very clean place, with lots of nice extras.

The place was as comfortable as it appeared, with every possible amenity to make the place feel like home. Our dog enjoyed the toys and pet bed, and we appreciated the snacks left for us as well. The bed was comfortable. The neighborhood is excellent and many cute businesses are walkable. The location is forested and beautiful. Highly recommend!

Perfect place for my 3 daughters and I. Clean, comfortable and full of amenities. My kids loved the pool and the short drive to sand harbor beach and monkey rock. Well maintained and so peaceful!

Me and my family loved and enjoy this house. Especially the patio areas is beautiful. Right next to the water So peaceful The House has everything you need, and the beds are comfortable. We have stayed at many Air BNB properties over the years, both at Incline Village and elsewhere and this one was top notch. We felt right at home and comfortable. Everything is exactly as pictured and super clean and the welcome bottle of wine, cheese platter, and water was an added bonus. The kitchen appliances and furniture were all in great working condition. As a host, Janet is very communicative and detail oriented. She made sure to send written instructions several times on where to unload the car, how to find the unit, where to park, etc. She even checked to see when we would arrive so that she would have the condo warmed to a comfortable temperature upon our arrival. This place was perfect for our family of 4 and a great home base for skiing at Diamond Peak.
