We had an awesome time at the Grünberg Haus. The decor was awesome and the hosts even better. We had a great time and would absolutely go back again. The common areas were among the most fun we’ve seen in a B&B. Duane and Leah are gracious and committed to being a top notch B&B and we are excited to going back and seeing how they continue to invest in the property.

We had a great time staying here! It’s a short walk up to the Timberline run, and very easy to ski all the way back to the house. The house felt cozy and comfortable with a big open kitchen/living room area that was perfect for our group. Would stay again!

Seamless check in when we arrived. Everything was as advertised in the listing. Katy was a friendly and helpful host. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a place to stay in Stowe.

Duane and Leah's Inn was very comfortable and charming. They are superb hosts and I would definitely want to return for a longer stay next time!

Leah & Duane were a pleasure to stay with! From the moment we arrived Duane was very hospitable and showed us around the B&B. He was available to answer any of our questions and was unbelievably kind. The kids loved this spot because of the pool table & endless hot chocolate. Our rooms were super cozy. We loved our stay and are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Bill was extremely helpful throughout our stay. The location was extremely close to the Sugarbush mountain base and made for a very enjoyable ski trip!

Great house with ample room for a family with kids. We were even able to have some local friends over for dinner with room to spare. Easy access to the bus to/from Stowe mountain resort. The bedrooms and bathrooms were neat and clean. The mattresses were comfy and the pillows were easy to sleep on. The kitchen is adequate. There are plenty of utensils and we were not lacking for any items to cook meals for the family. The only downside to the kitchen is the lighting. Some of the track lights above need to be turned to aim towards the workspaces. The house was perfect for our needs for a MLK holiday weekend ski getaway. The price we paid was perfect. I definitely recommend this house and would stay here again.

This home is even better than the photos! Wendi is an incredible hostess who is responsive, flexible, and has incredible local knowledge. The house feels very homey and spacious for a group of 5 of us. The kitchen has everything needed for meals at home, but there are great walkable restaurants too. Everything was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful winter stay just a few minute’s drive from Sugarbush. A huge hot tub greeted us at the end of each frigid day. We appreciated the flexibility on checkout and the other amenities- ping pong, foosball, sleds, snow shoes.

We stayed at RA's house during President's Day weekend and we would definitely book the house again. It is a classic New England ski house in a private, peaceful setting with great views of the resort. Commuting to and from the base lodges at Mt Lincoln and Mt Ellen was a breeze. We shared the house the house with another family and the house layout was perfect for sleeping arrangements and keeping kids entertained while adults relaxed next to the open-hearth fireplace. RA was a pleasure to communicate with and made sure we had all the info we needed to make the stay a joy. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing weekend at Sugerbush

Adam’s place was perfect for our family ski weekend. Firstly, Adam was incredibly responsive before and during our stay- providing us with details about the space as well as helping to facilitate when we needed to make changes to our plans. The house was charming and cozy and perfectly located a short walk from the snowflake trail for access to the mountain. The fireplace was so cozy after long days of cold runs!

Awesome house! Very spacious - all the common areas and rooms are comfortable, clean, and spacious. The host(s) are super kind and communicative, willing to help out with anything they can! Highly recommend :)

Beautiful place with beautiful view! Close enough to Warren in bike and it was fun to discover the area! House was clean and had everything. The insinkerator switch was closed so we had issues with the sink but other than that, everything was amazing! Jacuzzi water wasn’t clean and had a weird smell, although it didn’t really bother us but it would be great to verify its maintenance!

Short ride to Mt. Mansfield. The place was really spectacular. Lovely to have a family room with fire place WITHOUT a TV which was so wonderful! We could thoroughly enjoy each other less the TV distraction. There was a dedicated TV room. Clean. Much appreciated that they ask no shoes in the house-like we do at home. Tasteful furniture that was comfortable. Beds heavenly. Ample amount of fresh clean linens. Location secluded in a nice neighborhood. 4 wheel must. Muddy. Hilly. Missed a drip coffee but thankful there was at minimum a Keurig.Tasteful gift of fresh baked goods and ground coffee. Shame we couldn’t use it. There was no reusable Keurig pod. Upstairs bath did not hold water for a bath-much needed after dancing down Mount Mansfield-thankfully downstairs did hold water…although it was my children’s bath. Hot tub would be a very nice addition here. Rebecca and Blake were great in responding and reassuring they would look into the issues of the bath and the dryer door not closing
