a big beautiful boutique apartment / loft

We recently stayed at Hakan's place in Warsaw for an overnight trip before visiting the zoo. The place is exactly as described and is about a 20-minute drive from the city center, which was very convenient for our plans. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities for an overnight stay. However, there were a couple of downsides. The weather was extremely hot during our visit, and since the apartment is located on the top floor, it got quite warm despite the provided fans. Additionally, the double bed felt more like a wide single bed, which might be a bit snug for two people. Overall, I can surely recommend this place for a short stay, especially if you're planning a quick visit to Warsaw or nearby attractions. The hospitality of the hosts really stood out and made our stay pleasant despite the heat.

Very, very nice apartment, clean and tidy, with everything you need.The surrounding environment is excellent, and there is a small lake within a 2-minute walk, where many birds live.There is a bakery and dessert shop downstairs, as well as a supermarket.The host was very nice and gave us a lot of help.I hope to come back here again if I have the chance.

Modern flat in very good location (2 minutes walking from Kabaty metro station). Spacious living room with open kitchen and dining area, bathroom and bedroom. Something more about the place💁‍♀️ -2 bedrooms and living room - medium sized balcony -fully furnished kitchen that you can use -bathroom with open shower and never ending hot water 💦 -big sofa that can be used by even more than 2 people if needed (I don’t have a problem with more people) -2mx2m big bed in bedroom

Purchased in 2016, the flat underwent general renovation, including new water, sewage and electric networks, plus new heaters. The features: nice hammock, island-type kitchen, cosy bathroom, double bed (160cm), two spacious vintage cabinets, oak hardwood floor and good ceiling height with vaulted entrance. The flat is located in an upbeat and trendy district of Warsaw, very well connected to old town and Warsaw city centre.

We had a really cozy weekend in Anna's place, perfect apartment for two in a cozy area with lots of nice restaurants and bars! The area is also a little quieter which we appreciated, while it only took a max of 30 minutes to walk into the city center!
