Family-friendly holiday rentals in Warsaw

Rebecca was so nice! She clearly listed to us what they would provide and what we needed to bring and even when we ran out of provided toliet paper, she told me where I could get more. Everything was clean and there was enough towels, plates, beds, etc for our house of 14 people. I would totally recommend anyone staying here. We had a great time and plenty of space. I do wish there were more bathrooms for all of us girls but other than that, it was a great stay!

Rebecca saved our Memorial Day Weekend friends getaway! We ended up booking this home last minute due to some unforeseen circumstances, and it couldn't have worked out any better. The home is beautiful, Rebecca is extremely helpful and communicative, and the location is near restaurants, bars and wineries. Can't wait to stay here again!

We had a great stay! Our plan was to lie low for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to do that. The kitchen was fully stocked, hot tub was amazing and the lake was so peaceful. Bonus that my dog was able to join us too!

Great place for us to crash for the ND graduation weekend. About 25 minute drive. Beautiful location, wish we could enjoy the outdoors more if we weren’t so busy with grad events.

A very comfortable, cozy home on the water. All of our guests raved about the home and location. It's really a home, not just a house, and we felt almost like we were staying at a friend or relatives home. You can feel the family spirit in this place, and it's a good feeling.

We love staying at Brian & Melissa’s place! It is well located, spacious, stylish and clean. We enjoy a beautiful day on the beach and some great wine and food.

We came up for a wedding, and Cary place really fit the bill for what we needed. Great to have a fenced yard for the pets! We would rent again for sure.

Host was very responsive and flexible. She provided extra cookware that I needed and answered every request quickly and positively. The place is set back from the road in a very peaceful setting. I saw lots of wildlife while there in below freezing weather. I stayed warm and comfortable with plenty of streaming to watch while cooking up a storm. I will definitely try to return when in the area!

We have stayed 5 times and each time Joe has been so easy to deal with and a great host. One time we left some laundry and he worked with us to get it back. The location is perfect. If you're a Culver family this is great for Parents Weekends, drop off and graduation. It's perfect to share with another family. We are glad we found this house! Thank you, Joe!

We stayed at kathy and marks for our sons graduation weekend since we are from out of town. The cozy cottage was perfect for what we needed. Kathy and Mark were responsive and great hosts! mark turned on the heater in the pool for us when the kids wanted to swim, and was very conscious when doing yard work as to not disturb his guests. I'd highly recommend trying out this cottage. A big beautiful yard and a fenced in pool. couldn't ask for a better stay!

It was a pleasure meeting Antoinette and her family. They are extremely welcoming. The property is amazing especially if you like horses, donkeys, chickens and outdoor cats. We definitely recommend a stay there.

For this trip, it was my husband and I and our 2 kids (18 & 21). Kyle's airbnb is in a perfect location right on the St. Joseph's River. It is beautiful and peaceful. The in-ground pool is a lovely perk and he has a dock to hang out on or go fishing. My husband and son loved fishing and hanging out on the dock. Kyle and his wife are friendly and so are the neighbors. The second floor apartment is above a garage and is 1 bedroom with beds all in the same room. There is a second bathroom with a shower as well as a sitting room with a larger TV and kitchen space downstairs which is nice if you need more space. We had problems while there with the internet. Kyle did check into it and tried to fix it, however it didn't work well the entire stay. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

A favorite of ours for multiple visits over the past five years! Can’t beat the location, accommodations, friendly hosts who go out of their way to make us feel at home.

Pictures didn't do it justice! Barry's place was beautiful, spacious, and felt like a home. Great place for families! Our kids loved the heated pool, hot tub, and outdoor games.

This is our 3rd time staying at Jim’s place. Jim is very responsive and the place is perfect for our extended family gathering.
