Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

Op de begane grond tref je een ruime woonkamer met open keuken (keukeneiland) met afwasmachine, inductiekookplaat, koelkast en combimagnetron. Tevens bevindt zich op de begane grond een slaapkamer met een 2-persoonsbed en een ruime badkamer met inloopdouche, dubbele wastafel en toilet. Op de 1e verdieping is een vide met een 2-persoonsbed.

The Leemgate is a cozy and atmospheric holiday home with beautiful views. The house (45 m2) has its own private entrance and therefore a lot of privacy. Bikes can be placed and possibly recharged in the lockable garden house. The car can be parked next to the house. Outside you can sit comfortably overlooking the meadow. The Pieterpad runs 500m from the property. Vorden is an excellent place for biking and hiking through the beautiful nature along culture and history.

At the edge of Warnsveld lies the B&B on a spacious and green plot. From here you walk into nature, you are quickly in Hanzestad Zutphen and there is plenty of culture and nature in the Achterhoekse.
