Holiday rentals with a patio in Warffum

The location of the property is very quiet yet central. The harbor, shopping and the center are easily accessible on foot and with a stroller. The apartment was very clean and we felt comfortable. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels available. There was everything needed for cooking and breakfast. Two strollers could also be parked in the bike shed without any problems. Two extra beds for children and high chairs were provided for us, very friendly. We can only recommend the place.

Modern, bright, spacious and very clean apartment, equipped with everything you need. The apartment is very quiet, with a terrace and views over the fields. Large, modern bathroom, and the windows all have fly screens (you can sleep with the window open without worry). Good starting point for excursions and bike tours. If we go on holiday to Krummhörn again, we will definitely ask for the apartment, because we felt very comfortable - to which the friendly hosts also contributed. From us 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great apartment that was furnished with love. We felt right at home. Everything was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The hostess is super nice and we were even allowed to enter the apartment a little earlier. I always had to work online in the morning, which was not a problem thanks to the good WiFi. Thank you! Our stay in this beautiful vacation home was simply great. The accommodation is cozy and very clean. The location is ideal – quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We particularly liked the proximity to the zoo in Emmen, which we could easily reach. The charming cheese shop was also a great insider tip from Anne-Marie. In addition to the cheese, we also bought an Old Jenever, the traditional Dutch juniper, and had Hagelslag for breakfast. And of course, the whirlpool was simply fantastic for relaxing. For nature lovers, the nearby forest is ideal for walks or bike rides. We enjoyed the peace and the fresh air very much. Anne-Marie and Marnix were super friendly and helpful, the communication was uncomplicated and they responded quickly. There wasn't even a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival 😊 Conclusion: An absolutely recommended accommodation, we will be happy to come back.

We enjoyed our stay at TheDa's place. It is a brand new apartment that has a clever layout and is lovingly furnished. You have everything you need and feel right at home. Within walking distance you are right in the city center. Communication with Theda was always quick and very friendly. We can recommend this place without hesitation!

We had a really nice stay with great views and a cozy, private balcony with evening sun. The decor is very tasteful and modern, the apartment is clean and well maintained, the hosts are very friendly and make really delicious ice cream 😉 We will be happy to come back!

For the 2nd time, we felt very comfortable in the windblow again. The apartments are well equipped with everything you need and chubby warm. Even in winter you can have a great vacation on the wonderful Borkum. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is fantastic, beautifully decorated and spacious. everything was present, including soap, Shampoo etc. There was even some goodies ready for us. We enjoyed. The area is quiet and you are really within 5 minutes walk in the center.

Great place, very clean and cozy, you felt right at home in the chalet. The location was a bit secluded and you had to drive longer for things to do/shopping because there was not much going on there. Unfortunately, prices are only a little too expensive for all the possibilities. Overall, we still had a great few days together & thank you Nicole for the uncomplicated conversation. ☀️❤️

We had a short vacation with two children. The accommodation has enough space for a family of 4. The rooms were all clean. You have everything you need. And we had felt like at home. In the garden there is a nice sauna and a large hot tub. The sauna is worth the money in our opinion. And we were allowed to enjoy the hot tub to the fullest with the wood provided to us free of charge. The surroundings and a very nice playground also leave nothing to be desired. I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you and all the best!

We were in this beautiful house for an extended weekend. Everything is as shown in the photos and as described. The house is top equipped, nothing is missing. The location is exceptional...very nice directly on the water with its own jetty. From there you can make many excursions, cycling, etc. Communication with the hosts was very friendly and with lots of helpful information. We say thank you for the wonderful stay and maybe until next time.

A beautiful apartment, clean, really comfortable for two people, in a quiet neighbourhood. Fully equipped . Walking distance to city centre with Rosalien was very friendly and responded immediately to everything. We had a great time!!!

Ellen's apartment is very easy to reach, we were allowed to check in earlier than indicated and Lars welcomed us and showed us the apartment. The apartment is beautiful, very quiet, terrace and garden wonderful for relaxing. Only the bathroom is very small. The whole thing is a bit remote - a car is required, but you can also reach the nearest town by bike. In the area you can watch the North Sea, enjoy wonderful scenery, explore nice towns, eat well, is in 1.5h in Groningen NL - simply switch off. We really enjoyed the days!

Comfortable apartment in a perfect location - quietly located, but very well suited as a starting point for activities by car, bicycle or on foot. We were able to safely park our bicycle and car on or at the premises. In very good weather, we enjoyed the time on the terrace. We had a very good time in the beautiful apartment. Marion was always available to answer our questions. Arrival and departure went absolutely smoothly. We will definitely be back! What I personally noticed; the apartment was larger than it appeared in the pictures, which of course made us very happy.

We spent a weekend with two families, including four children. Location is beautiful, quiet yet close to all amenities. The accommodation is very complete and equipped with every comfort. The children have enjoyed the space with table tennis, pool table and shuffleboard for hours. Ideal when it was raining outside. The horses outside were also very popular with the children. The sauna and plunge pool for the parents made the house complete. Mieke is very hospitable and gave us good tips for the area. We had a fantastic weekend. The kids can't wait to go again. THANKS for the hospitality Mieke!
