SUPER cute BNB, and with a very welcoming host! The place is so cute, and well stocked with everything you could need. Perfect location to take the ferry to the French quarter, but feel more like a local in your down time. Can't recommend it enough!

We highly recommend Frank's place. It is an ideal location for visiting Tulane and Loyola, and it is in a very walkable, beautiful, and quiet neighborhood. The place was extremely clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We would love to return again.

Phenomenal host. Very clean, very nice. Great recommendations. Very kind when they accidently delivered our lost luggage to the wrong door. Well stocked. Only thing I could suggest is hypoallergenic toiletries and cleaning supplies. Peaceful neighborhood. Felt very safe.

the location was perfect. far away from the riff raff but close enough to join in. the host was friendly helpful and responsive. we had a little surprise (no fault of theirs) that they accomodated and resolved quickly. the property was clean cozy and cute! perfect for two couples exploring New Orleans. we will keep this location saved.

This place was just as listed and amazing! Jack Dempseys is right next door and has great food and Bacchanal is a small walk down the street and has amazing vibes and food as well! Host’s were quick to respond and left very clear instructions on everything. the stay was awesome.

Nice apartment, extremely well located, walking distance from the street car and many grocery stores. Brian is a top host, very proactive and easy to communicate with (he responds to messages within a few minutes). We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Brian for letting us stay in your apartment, and for tour kindness during our stay from the start.

This is an amazing place to stay in the heart of NOLA! I’ve visited many times for different reasons, this time for an event, and this space is perfectly located near everything you could need. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. As another reviewer mentioned, it’s reminiscent of SOHO lofts in NYC. Clean and well-designed, it had everything I could possibly want. The hosts were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would love to stay again!

The place is wonderful! It's a great location near to parks, CBD, and Magazine St, easy walking distance to fun restaurants and bars. We liked Beggar's Banquet just around the corner. Inside is very clean and well finished, and we liked that while it's shotgun style, the bedroom is in the back away from street noise. The front porch is great for watching the neighborhood or soaking in a rainstorm.

Evelyn was a gracious host who responded quickly to questions and was helpful when we asked for help getting around. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, was clean and well appointed with all that we needed for a comfortable stay. Because we came without a car and were going to rely on public transportation to get to points of interest, the location was further away than we wanted. We ended up using Uber more than we expected. I'd still recommend the house and Evelyn as a host if you have a car, a budget that includes ride services, or are a strong walker. It's only a mile from the St. Charles Street trolly that runs regularly so you can get to most places easily.

It was wonderful staying at this air bnb. There is a shared porch and backyard with the other tenants in the other unit. They were all super nice and had great conversations when we saw them!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary in New Orleans, and we had a wonderful stay. We absolutely love the area — after our first day, we decided to explore locally and enjoyed all the fantastic bars and restaurants within walking distance. The neighborhood has such a vibrant and lively atmosphere, making it the perfect place to immerse ourselves in the NOLA experience. One thing to note is that, due to the popularity of the area and its many great dining options, parking near the AirBnB was challenging. We usually parked a few blocks away, which wasn't a big issue for us, but I thought it was worth mentioning for future guests. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy the charm and excitement of New Orleans!

We had an incredible stay. The house was perfect for our needs and we really enjoyed the beautiful backyard. We would absolutely stay here again.

The place was clean and a stand alone place. It also had a washer and dryer and all the basics things that you would need were there. I used Lyft to get around and most things were a 10 to 12 minute ride. She was responsive and answered questions that I had. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved staying at Jason's place in New Orleans. This 1920 house has been creatively re-invented into a luxury one bedroom apartment. It features immensely tall ceilings, and has been fantastically decorated with all sorts of interesting details and everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Would def stay again.

Ben’s place is great! Clean, stocked kitchen, plenty of dish ware, a water filter pitcher, nice bathroom (& hairdryer 😁) and lots of towels. I did end up needing the iron and ironing board, using the lighter quilt vs. the comforter (awesome for the summertime) and the best part… a noise machine for both bedrooms! I hope his place is available next time we come to town!

Nice and quiet place that's perfect for 2, close to the ferry for easy access to the city, with lots of places to eat and walk around the Point. Ginger is very helpful and responsive.

We loved staying in this condo in New Orleans—it was perfect for our family! The kitchen had everything we needed, making it easy to cook meals. The condo was very clean, with nice beds, fresh towels, and even a coffee pot, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Highly recommended

Highly recommend for any trip to NOLA. Walkable to the French Quarter and quiet at night. Very clean inside, beautiful decorations, nice appliances, and comfy beds. Would stay again!

We had a fantastic stay at the Natchez. Honestly loved everything about the place from stepping into the entry way and being greeted to the moment we left and everything in between!

Great location & comfortable space. Beds were very comfortable too! Having access to a parking space in the garage is a huge value add. The neighborhood is central to walking downtown or towards the Garden District. Lots of restaurants, bars & shops close by. We loved it & hope to return.

I would definitely book this place again. It was beautiful and perfectly located. The tub was a plus the outside balcony was beautiful in the morning. The host is awesome and a great communicator. We’ll definitely book again.
