Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Wangsimni

The stay was really great! WiFi was spot on, place was conveniently located 1 min from the metro station. Downstairs is a lunch buffet which I only discovered on my last day. Definitely would stay again when back!

I’ve stayed at several Airbnbs during my trip, but this one was by far the best! The location was incredibly convenient—right in a building connected to Seoul Station, with everything I needed at my fingertips: a convenience store, Olive Young, and coffee shops. The apartment itself was a perfect, cozy one-bedroom with amazing views—ideal for a solo traveler like me. The building also had a lounge and a gym, which I unfortunately didn’t have time to use, but they were great perks to have. The host was exceptionally helpful and responsive—quickly providing a larger towel when I asked and proactively helping me through a stressful luggage situation. They also gave me all the detailed information and transport options to get to the airport, which made my departure so much smoother. The building offered convenient luggage storage too, but need to be more careful with the code. I can’t recommend this place and the host enough—definitely a top choice for any solo traveler visiting Seoul.

AB House è stata la soluzione perfetta per il nostro soggiorno a Seoul. L’appartamento è pulito, comodo e confortevole e offre tutto il necessario per una buona permanenza nella città. Noi siamo state in due persone e lo spazio è stato sufficiente. Ringrazio gli hosts anche per la tempestività con la quale hanno risposto ad alcune mie domande. Un caro saluto e a presto!

Great location with access to buses and metro and a palace 5 minutes away on foot! Lots of cafes and restaurants, and a pharmacy and convenience store less than 3 minutes walk away. It's perfect for the solo traveller. It may be small but it has everything uou need, including a comfy bed!

Amazing place with amazing view of Seoul! Very close to Seoul Station, plus there are many shops and restaurants around. Yeon is also an amazing host who communicates greatly!

El lugar es espectacular, con una viste tremenda, muy bien organizado y super tranquilo. Realmente es una experiencia única que volveria a repetir si algún dia volviera a Seul. Todo era de calidad y muy asthetic, un placer a la vista.

Ein sehr gemütliches,helles und modernes Hanok mit sehr guter Ausstattung in ruhiger Lage aber zentral in U-Bahn Nähe und dem Bus vor der Tür. Alles wie auf den Fotos abgebildet und super sauber. Angenehme Nachbarschaft mit vielen guten Restaurants,Tempeln und mehreren Wanderwegen. Man gelangt schnell mit dem Bus ins Zentrum zu den Palästen ,Insadong,… oder geht zu Fuß über den Naksan Park zum DDP. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und werde bestimmt wiederkommen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend und haben immer gleich geantwortet. Probleme zB. mit dem Wasser hatte ich nicht,es lief warm und einwandfrei. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

The host Min was very approachable, responsive and friendly from the get go. The hanok was a unique, well-equipped house with daily necessities, even complimentary food & drinks, and adapters. The place was very clean & well-maintained by Min & her husband. Relatively close to Dongdaemun station exit 1 and 9 (about 10 min slow walk up the hill). It was nice to have 2 bedrooms & 2 toilets. Location wise - climbing up the hill with luggage was challenging, recommended to take cab if have many heavy luggages. Overall would recommend if you are young, fit and looking for unique accommodation in the heart of Seoul.

我们一行五人在Simon和Jenny的住宿度过了一段非常愉快的时光。房东沟通清晰、贴心周到，房源干净整洁，设备一应俱全，让人感到十分安心。虽然空间不算特别大，但布局巧妙，即使五人同住也毫不拥挤，每个人都能在舒适的床垫上得到充分休息。 周边生活机能也很方便，有许多美味的韩国餐馆，还有一家价格实惠的超市，购物比起旅游区划算不少。虽然地铁站约在一公里外，但我们几人谈笑交谈之间，不知不觉就抵达目的地。 尤其让我印象深刻的是，这个家处处透露着主人的用心，无论是干净明亮的厨房、细致准备的生活用品，还是房间内散发出的温暖氛围，都让人有宾至如归的感觉。旅途中，我们不仅感受到便利和舒适，更感受到了一种家的温暖，这种体验，让我们的旅行增添了许多美好的回忆。记得其中一个早晨，我们有人一起在厨房准备早餐，有人煎蛋、有人切水果、有人泡咖啡，笑声和轻松的气氛弥漫在屋里，那一刻真的感觉，这不仅仅是一间民宿，而是让我们彼此更亲近的小小家园。未来有机会，我一定还会再次选择这里。我衷心推荐Simon的住宿，绝对值得一住再住！

Han was incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is incredibly convenient, right next to the metro station. I highly recommend this place for family trips or group outings with a group of 5-6 people.

Great place. The location of this place does have a lot of walking included. There is a big hill and it is on the third floor (no elevator) so it can be hard on those with weak legs/knees. Everything else was clean and flawless. Beautiful home and would love to come again soon!

서울 중심에 이렇게 조용하고 감성적인 공간이 있다는 게 참 놀라웠어요. 신당역(2호선)에서 가까워 어디든 이동하기 편했고, 근처 전통시장 구경도 정말 재밌었습니다. 엘리베이터 없이 3층까지 계단을 올라야 하지만, 문을 열고 들어서는 순간 그 수고가 전혀 아깝지 않다는 생각이 들 정도로 만족스러운 공간이었어요~ 햇살이 들어 오는 테라스, 감성 가득한 조명, 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰진 편안한 공간 덕분에 하루를 잘 마무리 할 수 있었고, 호스트님의 따뜻하고 세심한 안내는 여행 내내 큰 위안이 되었어요. 계단을 오르내리며 잠깐 숨이 차더라도, 그만큼 더 특별한 휴식을 누리고 싶은 분들께 꼭 추천하고 싶은 곳이에요!

This place is definitely a recommendation for any family. Having 3 bathrooms was great, especially with teens. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive and helpful. Being above a bakery was great. Sinchon station exit 7 is just a 5 minute walk. There are several convenient stores around and an E-Mart for groceries with a Daiso next to it. Great location.

JD was a very esponsive host and his place was cozy and clean with many nice small touches. The location was also great and near to the train station and main Hongdae area.

The house is exceptionally clean and conveniently located just a short walk from the subway station, making it easy to get around the city. The owner is also very responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any questions or concerns, which made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable

호스트분이 체크인 전부터 세세하게 신경 써주셔서 재밌게 놀다 갑니다 :) 침실이 충분해서 좋았네요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 또 놀러가고 싶은 숙소 입니다!

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It’s very close to Namsan Tower — we took the bus up and walked down, which was a great experience. You can also easily walk to Myeongdong, which is super convenient, and Seoul Station is just nearby. The apartment itself is great, and the host was kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend this place! If I come back to Seoul, I’ll definitely try to stay here again if it’s available.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

숙소가 서촌 근처이고 경복궁역도 도보 10분 안팎이라 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 그리고 문의에 대한 답변도 친절히 해주시고 12명이 묵었는데 불편함없이 지낼 수 있었습니다. 다음에도 서울방문할 일이 있다면 여기에 묵고 싶습니다~

Le logement de Sunny était vraiment très bien pour une personne ça suffisait L’emplacement était parfait, en bas du métro ligne 2 (ligne la plus pratique de seoul) et à 10 minutes de Hongdae, beaucoup de restaurant et café aux alentours Le seul point négatif c’est que ça manque un peu de rangement Et j’ai eu un peu de mal à trouver l’immeuble mais Sunny m’a beaucoup aidé.
