Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Eine Sauna & eine Whirlpoolwanne laden zum entspannen ein. 2 Große Boxspringbetten bieten genug Platz für 4 Erwachsene. Ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer bietet nochmals Platz für bis zu 2 Personen. Ein KFZ Stellplatz ist in der dazugehörigen Tiefgarage vorhanden. (Mittelklasse PKW maximal). Diese Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet.

Sounds like Scandinavia, but is not far from the North Sea in Lower Saxony.  Enjoy your privacy on the property of over 2500 square meters in total, which is enclosed as a peninsula by an approx. 1.3 hectare private lake on two sides (its own lake share is about 6,000 sqm) and that you do not have to share with anyone. Pure freedom!

Unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Tiny House bietet eine gemütliche Atmosphäre zum entspannen. Die salzige Luft der Nordsee, Pferdeweiden und Felder, der Nationalpark Wattenmeer in der Nähe und viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (Moorwald, Jader Park, verträumte kleine Häfen, Meerwasserquellbad im Nordseebad Dangast, das schwimmende Moor...). Wir leben naturnah, unsere beiden (sehr lieben) Hunde und Hühner spazieren durch den Garten, Vogelgesang ist allgegenwertig.

In the large, beautifully landscaped, natural garden, there is a barbecue and garden furniture to relax. A large, well-kept fish pond, located directly on the terrace invites you to relax. In summer to cool off or in winter to warm up, there's a wood-fired bathtub. Furthermore, a sauna with wood stove is available. From the garden you can find the approx. 80 kilometers long cycling trail on the Ems-Jade Canal. The canal is an anglers.
