The Apartment location is in a strategic Area, not far from public transportation and Restaurant/Mini Market. The Process of Check in/Check Out so Easy and Flexible. The room was clean and complete with equipment, Paul even added a bed so my child could sleep comfortably. Overall Paul is a great host and the apartment is amazing, I hope will come back again someday.. Thankyou and Happy New Year

Jacques's apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is about a 10-minute walk from a metro station. If you want to get a feel for what it's like to stay in Hong Kong, it's just the right apartment and an alternative to the hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to book the place and would stay there again myself if I am back in Hong Kong.

Linz is a great host! I stayed for 4 nights here, and I really appreciate her checking in on me every now and then to see if everything is alright + whenever I had questions, she would answer in detail. I mostly went home to sleep, but I really felt like I was coming back home because I feel well rested and comfortable with the place. And as a night owl, getting back late is no problem as it is within reasonable walking distance to various bus stops also so it is very convenient, day and night. There are a lot of restaurants/cafe during the day and right by 7/11 so you have something for sure. The only thing for me is that I tend to overpack for my travels even though they are short, so it was a bit of a challenge bringing them to the 3rd floor as there are no lifts. But since I only had to bring them up for check in and check out, I thought it was not a huge issue for me. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much for hosting me and for all your help! ^^

Pros: Honestly the best place I've ever stayed on Airbnb. Consistent with other comments, the place is in a very popular district but very quiet after come into the buiding. Room is very clean and spacious, especially the bathroom. The price is unbeatable considering its location and the space and comfort it offers. Neeraj is very friendly and offered very detailed information on everything I need to know. Will definitely come back if the place is available. Cons (maybe): Doesn't have a laundry. But I only stayed for 4 days so it wasn't an issue for me.

This is a beautiful and safe building with good concierge and pool, gym access. The public transport is easy to access and gets you everywhere quickly. The apartment is neat and has a beautiful view. I would definitely recommend Alex’s place.

A highly recommended place to stay is where I would choose and recommend to others again. This place is not far from Hong Kong University, suitable for those who want to visit Hong Kong University, the subway station needs to walk a bit, but it is not far, but there are many bus and tram stations nearby, and it is convenient to get around. The host will prepare you a check-in guide PPT, there is a feeling of being taken seriously, the PPT will tell you about the use of the home equipment, the food recommendations around the neighborhood and some check-in requirements, it is simple and straightforward. I think what attracted me the most is the feeling of home, from the size to the layout and the choice of furniture, like I am here in Hong Kong to fight for a short stay that I will choose for a while, although I just come to play for a few days, and the actual check-in and pictures are basically consistent. The host was also very polite and spoke well, however since the time of the arrival was a working day in Hong Kong, the response was not very timely, there was a similar situation with other places I stayed, but the host who had already calculated a quick response, advised to communicate with the host earlier if there was an urgent matter. The equipped washing machine, air conditioning, toilet and shower are good, and even a small display can be used.The only thing that is not very good is the water dispenser, the first night I came to find it out of order, hot and cold water can not be taken, but the host has another hot water kettle that can be used, although I still prefer to drink cold water directly.

We had a great time with two cats🐶 and one dog! The host was also very polite and we had a pleasant time!

Cozy place with a nice view

This is the Airbnb that you want to stay at! Sooj's place is actually a place where someone has spent time and adjusted things to make them very pleasant to stay. The flat has all the proper ammmenities to make living comfortable and convenient (hooks in ideal places, plants, comfy chairs, clothes hangers, salt and pepper shakers). Would definitely stay again!

The location was great at this airbnb and was very close to Sai Ping Yun Mtr station. The apartment had an amazing view of the Hong Kong sky line and harbour. There were lots of shops and places to eat close by or just a short Mtr ride away. This apartment suited our families needs for our visit to Hong Kong. Hubby enjoyed making use of the gym but unfortunatley the pool was closed as it was winter. The kitchen now has a microwave and oven for any future guests. The hosts were very helpful with any queries we had.

This place is simply great. The apartment is new, a very nice, brand new shopping centre is just right underneath, with 30+ food places to choose from. The train station is also right under. It only takes only 3 minutes by train to Ocean Park, and 6 minutes by train to get to Admiralty station. The host is wonderful and friendly, very accommodating and helpful. I will definitely book this place again next time.

Perfect apartment for our city break. Everywhere we wanted to go was close by and walkable. The apartment was super lovely, clean and bright. Teresa was a lovely host. Clear instructions and responsive. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again
