I had a wonderful stay at Jamie’s place! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — it had everything I needed for a secure and relaxing stay. Jamie provided clear and detailed check-in instructions, which were incredibly helpful given the building’s multiple layers of security. The entire check-in process was smooth and straightforward. Overall, everything was great, and I highly recommend staying here!

Very happy with our stay. Bed was very comfortable and town is quite peaceful. Very walkable and a train ride from the city. Extremely close to Richmond for the Ted Lasso fans.

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The place is beautiful and updated. Everything about the place reflects how much Nicholas cares. Balham is a quaint and charming town with easy access to transportation and stores and markets. Communication with Nick was always seamless. We would love to return to this beautiful place and to Balham.🌹

Great location in a very safe, quiet, and walkable community. Less than 15 minutes to amenities: restaurants, transportation, groceries, pubs, coffee shops, bakeries, parks… The host is helpful and friendly, and was very responsive to ensure our stay made for a great holiday. The unit itself was spotlessly clean when we arrived and includes everything needed for a short or longer term stay. The bathroom, kitchen, etc. are all modern, with high-end appointments. We look forward to a return visit.

A lovely apartment with bundles of character in a brilliant location next to Putney Heath. Feels very quiet yet everything close by. The Telegraph pub a short walk away was lovely. Laura was so kind and welcoming and even left out little baby books for us. thank you so much

Lovely little garden and Eliza's collections of decorative items really makes the place feel special. The bathrooms were both great and the house is set up well for a short stay.

Wonderful flat, great location on a very quiet street. Several good pubs and restaurants nearby, Portabello Rd just steps away and several tube stations within a 15 min walk. Would highly recommend and stay here again without hesitation!

Debbie was a great host from start to finish, super friendly and down to earth. The accommodation was great also, it had everything we needed and as described. We came to ride the local MTB trails and the location was perfect for it as well the accommodation. If your hiking you can do it straight from the accommodation to the local spots. Definitely would come back in the near future.

What a fabulous couple of days we have had at Aimee's place! Aimee was wonderful to deal with, answering any questions in super quick time and so very friendly on meeting us. Such a unique place to stay - absolutely love the way Aimee has done her beautiful home up - we felt so comfy and so enjoyed the boat trips, visits from the gorgeous geese and swans, cats and meeting lovely Bob next door. We felt gutted that we only had a couple of days of our trip left - as would have loved to stay longer and explore more of the area. How lucky are we that Aimee shares her adorable place with us!!! An absolute gem!! I absolutely loved my stay! I would highly recommend!! Great host with lighting quick responses! The house was immaculate and modern, must of been decorated by an interior designer ! Coffee machine was a blessing, little welcome touches also went a long way !! Everything about our stay was perfect! From the croissants left for breakfast to the private jacuzzi. If you want a private, peaceful getaway but with a 5 star feel then this is the place for you!

I book multiple Airbnbs every week for our teams on site and this is hands down the best Airbnb we have ever booked. Tia is the most amazing host, going above and beyond to make sure the guys were comfortable and not inconvenienced by a small issue caused by previous guests. The guys said it was the nicest Airbnb they have stayed in and if we are ever in the area again I will definitely be rebooking!

Overall, a great stay! The host provided excellent communication and clear instructions. The location was convenient, with local shops nearby and easy access to public transport. This place was exactly what we needed. It actually has its own gate into trails that lead into Richmond park. Has a beautiful garden. It was peaceful and quiet. Peter and his lovely wife were very responsive to any of our questions and needs. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Very easy to find and park. Walking distance to the castle just over the river. Absolutely no issues at all. Would definately recommend.
