Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space close to Wood Street. Have your morning coffee on the patio in the sun trapped garden. "WFH" in a great office space with lots of natural light. Enjoy lunch at one of the many local bakeries or coffee shops, and make yourself dinner in the evening before winding down. The next day, grab a train to Liverpool Street or Oxford Circus in around 30 mins and enjoy the city. Wood Street Overground is a 6 minute walk, Walthamstow Central is 15 minutes

Cosy flat in quiet London zone 3 location

An idyllic stay just 5 minutes from Walthamstow Village, this flat sleeps four, with a comfortable sofa bed and doors to both the bedroom and living room. The space is gorgeous to spend some time in, even longer periods, with possibility for WFH comfortably where the extendable dining table doubles up as a desk. This is a real home, available on occasion when I travel, is just 1km from Epping Forest for country-side living in London Zone 3. A perfect getaway spot for your stay in London!

Spacious, clean house with garden

Spacious, recently refurbished house in Walthamstow with fast connections to central London (short walk to Blackhorse rd on Victoria line) or 15 minute overground train to City (short walk to St James Street) There is a living room and separate open plan kitchen / diner with large bifolds onto a sunnny, south facing garden. Guests have own bathroom and access to all spaces on the ground and first floor. Many pubs and restaurants nearby and a new Banksy at end of road to see too.

Beautiful Victorian home in East London with cat

A beautiful Victorian home in the centre of artsy and bustling Walthamstow (The Times' 'best place to live in the UK' 2025 and Time Out's 'coolest neighbourhoods in the world' list 2022). Less than a ten minute walk from the Victoria line and just 15 minutes on the tube to central London, this house boasts three double bedrooms, plenty of living space and a lovely garden. The house also comes with a very fluffy and friendly cat, Carra, who will need feeding during your time here!

3 minutes away from the Victoria line, this apartment is part of Q17 Lofts, a collection of 9 stunning new spacious apartments on the roof of The Quant Building. This is my home where I live my son so please do not expect those airbnb types with no life in them! My stuff is in it. So expect a fully equipped kitchen, herbs and spices for cooking, olive oil and vinegar, many toilet rolls and dishwasher tablets but also a place where you will share my space during your stay.

Cosy flat, excellent location

This flat is in a great location in London's bustling Walthamstow and 10 mins walk from Wood Street station and a short bus ride to Blackhorse Road on the Victoria Line, this flat is great for getting into central London and around the rest of the capital city. The flat is in the basement of a large family house, with separate side access, an entrance hallway, large lounge area (with pull down double murphy bed, separate bedroom with en suite and a fully equipped kitchen.

Gorgeous Refurbished 2 Bed Victorian Terrace

Dave’s place has a well designed and tastefully presented interior. It has a superbly equipped kitchen and a very pleasant dining area, and the bathroom and bedrooms to the matching high standard. It has been renovated to a very high specification with high quality furniture, materials and fittings and pleasant decorations. And there was no shortage of phone charging points and cables in all rooms. It has good access to London underground and it is within a walking distance from a Lloyd park and Walthamstow Wetlands. Dave was always very responsive, just a message away for any queries and we felt well looked after while having all of our own privacy. The house was a pleasure to stay in. It was a home from home stay. I wish we knew about it before, but now when we do we’ll come again. Thank you Dave!

Vincenzo was very welcoming and friendly. Easy person to communicate with and helpful. His place was also spotless and wifi was very fast. Also near to public transit that took you to central london in 25 minutes. Would recommend to anyone looking for a chill place for a few days ✌🏾

We had a really nice time in Walthamstow! The room was clean and our hosts were very friendly. There was a great bakery nearby and the location is nice. We would recommend this place! Be wary that the house is a little noisy at times.

This stay was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. The space was modern, spotless, and I had the entire top floor to myself, which made it feel extra special and private. The shower was amazing—easily one of the best I’ve had in any Airbnb. It really added a luxurious touch to the stay. What truly made the experience stand out was the host and their lovely family. They were so sweet, welcoming, and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Communication was smooth and thoughtful throughout. I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended if you’re visiting London!

I had a lovely stay. The host was welcoming, friendly and made it clear what the expectations were (good considering you stay with a live-in host). Very clean and tidy. Peaceful neighbourhood but with good access into central London. Cuddles with a very friendly old cat was an added bonus! Highly recommend.
