Our fully furnished studio guesthouse is attached to the main house and located on our 1.25 acre property. You are in the country, may hear the roosters, but 5 min. from the city. We are conveniently located 3 min. off of HWY 99. We are also 15 min. from downtown. It has all the amenities of home, yet the privacy of your own space and entrance. Clean and private, a standalone dwelling separated from my own residence by a parking pad. Small 2bd/1bath cottage. A 2 minute walk to the Sacramento River, bars, and restaurants. Boat launch is practically across the street. The kitchen is stocked with plates, silverware, pots, coffee maker, etc. (Just please clean up after yourself) There is WiFi, but it is not always reliable so I haven’t listed it as an amenity but it usually works well for the tv.
