Amazing! Shaf's place is just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. It had all the amenities we needed, as described in the listing. The place is in a perfect location, with easy access to public transportation, a nearby station, and walkability in all directions. There's enough space for two people to work from home comfortably without interruptions and a strong WiFi connection. We would definitely recommend this place, and stay here again ourselves. Comfy place and responsive host. There is Alexa you can use in the place, with fun experience. It feels like home. The location is great, reachable and well connected to multiple sources of public transport which makes it easy to visit alot of places in London. Multiple supermarkets closeby and a (cheeky) nando’s and mcdonald very close by!

5 stars! I had an amazing stay at this property! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. Communication with the host was seamless; they were friendly, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Airbnb experience!

Just back from two night's staying at George's place and we all think we chose really well. Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment that was well situated for our needs. Had everything we needed in the apartment and George was really helpful with any questions we had both before and during our stay, and made some great recommendations for local places too. Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever we are in the area and in need of somewhere to stay.

We loved this flat. The decor and furnishings are stylish and comfortable. The flat is spacious and light, very well located for public transport and in a lovely neighbourhood. Dulwich Village (south London’s Hampstead) and Crystal Palace are walkable and there is a useful bus that stops a couple of minutes away and it’s a 10 min walk to the station into central London. Ample free parking. We stayed 12 nights and would recommend this flat without hesitation.

The place was excellent! My cousin and I were on a trip to visit our family around the neighbourhood. We booked relatively last minute. At first contact, Chad was very thoughtful to remind us that there will only be one bed just in case that was an oversight for us. The instructions to the place were super clear, we got there and could easily find our way in! The place is a very cozy flat, super tidy and clean! We had days during our trip we just stayed in to play board games! Half way through our stay we asked Chad if there would be an extra duvet which turned out he didn’t have. But Chad immediately ordered one to our door and made sure the duvet would be there at our convenient time! All in all, the place was spectacular and Chad is an amazing and responsive host who checks up on you regularly through texts! Thank you for the amazing place! We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay! P.S. the place is literally right by S. Croydon stn, 20 mins from C. LDN! Super convenient

Katharine's apartment is conveniently located near the train station for Central London and further into Surrey. It is also near green spaces and the ponds of Carshalton. There are local supermarkets and some great pubs (The Sun and The Greyhound worth a mention!) within easy walking distance. The flat has everything needed for a comfortable stay and Katharine was easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay at the flat again. Had a great stay!!!

Very clean and exactly like the pictures, modern and clearly recently renovated. Very warm when we first arrived (very hot day) but all the windows were open for air flow. Only downside was the pillows were a little flat but that's more personal preference

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood, not far from both subways on the front and back black lines, with a number of large supermarkets and convenient stores nearby. The house has a lovely little garden and is very cozy. We had a great stay and also cooked rice and coffee and tried Chris's wine hahaha. Recommended stay.

Staying at Richard’s home was a delight! The neighborhood was quiet and cute with a Sainbury’s Local just a 3 minute walk away. It was easy to catch the bus (2 minutes away) and a 20 minute walk to the tube. Richard was specific in his directions for getting in and out of the flat and his home is so beautiful and clean. I felt right at home. This is the perfect place for anyone who is comfortable riding public transit or has a car. Richard could not have been more accommodating or kind. I would definitely stay there again!

Small 2 storey annex alongside owners home, comfy and well equipped. Good walk in shower and Smart TV with Amazon stick attached so we could log in to Netflix. 5 mins walk up to local pub, restaurants and shops. Although we were unable to park on their drive as they were using it, free parking literally 20 seconds away in Nicholas Road with always plenty of room.Also gave a back route out without going on main road.

Nick, thank you so much for hosting us. We have great time! Apartment is lovely! We enjoyed staying in your backyard area in the evenings and just chill and relax after a long day of walking. It is just 7-10 mins walk to the tube and overground train stations. Lots of places to dine and fresh, tasty coffee spots. Very lovely neighborhood. Thank you again!

Place was great, 2 stores with the bedrooms downstairs. Beds are very comfortable, lots of closet space, with lots of comfortable towels available for your stay. They have done a great job with the decor giving it a fun vibe. I walked into London for business, location was great. Fantastic coffee shop across the street. Would highly recommend and rent again.

Clean and aesthetic apartment in London. Well connected with underground and grocery shops few steps away. A great base for a short stay in London. Only downside is flight of stairs to reach the place. Hosts very responsive and welcoming.

We were so fortunate to spend four weeks in March in this special place. It was very inviting, comfortable and clean. Simon is, indeed, a superhost. He is so nice, and made such an effort to make our stay pleasant and memorable. There were fresh roses on arrival, along with milk, water and some lovely snacks. Self-checkin was a breeze, so appreciated after a long flight. We didn't have to commit to a specific time which is always appreciated. He even offered to arrange a mid-stay cleaning, including a change of bed linens and towels, for a very reasonable fee. We took advantage of the offer, and it worked out very well. It was a treat to return at the end of the day to a fresh apartment. The neighborhood fantastic, beautiful and so walkable. Public transportation is very convenient, but we took advantage of the great weather and did lots of walking. We hope to return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful experience. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and in the perfect location with great restaurants and public transit walking distance from the place. Simon was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely come back.

This was my second visit to Carol-Anne's beautiful flat, and it definitely won't be the last. I love everything about it. Minutes from the Northern Line and with an abundance of little shops minutes down the road, I felt at home and could easily get anywhere in or out of London. Clean, beautifully decorated, and on a lovely quiet street. I couldn't have been happier and hated to leave.

Our short stay at Debbie’s flat was so good! She let us pay £10 per each hour before check in time which was so worth it as we arrived with 4 kids in the morning so it was nice to check in around 11 and get our bags settled so we could spend the rest of the day exploring! The flat was so cute and free of clutter, comfortable, and such easy walking distance from Kings Cross so it was very easy to get around. The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we would honestly want to stay there again if we make our way back to London! Thank you so much for everything!

Felt right at home at Oded’s. Warm house, Hot shower, Great kitchen, Window view in the bedroom and kitchen are so nice, and my favourite spot was sitting at the kitchen table each morning for coffee. Everything you need and responsive host. I was fortunate to be able to do a long term stay over winter which I haven’t done before on airbnb, and am really grateful for the provisions and warmth in a well thought out spot. Great taste, Great house. Area was great too for working week and markets on Sunday. Thank you Oded
