I am offering our son's newly renovated apartment here. He rarely uses it for work reasons. It is located in a quiet location of Markranstädt. The center of Leipzig can be reached in 16 minutes by regional train. For recreation, you can be at the lake in a few minutes by bike. Feel free to use a storage room for your bikes. Smoking is possible on the balcony. I'd also be happy to greet you in person when I'm in town.

By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.

The 2-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. It is 50 sqm large and thanks to the large windows very bright and friendly. The entire apartment is modern and lovingly furnished, it meets the highest comfort requirements. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely barrier-free.
