Here's a chance to try out a great, fully furnished tiny home 1 hour from the beach. Heat & ac, grill, campfire pit, outdoor seating, inside a privacy fence in a quiet country setting. There is a farm across the road, when the wind blows from the southwest you might experience the smell of livestock but mostly it's fresh air and sunshine. Sorry but NOT suitable for children or elderly because of steep staircase. Small hot water heater, may have to wait between showers No Guests in Pool! NO KIDS!

Get away from it all with this, rustic tiny home situated on a small farm. Sit out front and enjoy the sunset while you watch the horses, donkeys, goats and cows. We do ask you only feed the animals the provided treats. There is no wifi available, you can use your hotspot on your cell for the tv. Microwave and grill with a side burner for cooking. No indoor stove or oven. Toilet and sink inside, shower is outside. Close to downtown Wilmington and the beaches! Lots of local history as well!

Nestled on the banks of the NE Cape Fear River, this is the perfect place for a getaway. Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Enjoy the dock, shoot some pool and play some foosball. This place has everything.

Cozy getaway, 300 Square Feet with large bay window and private patio overlooking mill pond/bird sanctuary. Full Bathroom (shower only) is brand new and 100 feet from unit. This space is perfect for two ! Microwave, Fridge, Coffee Maker, Filtered Water 40 inch smart tv. NO PETS FOR ANY REASON. Allergy sensitive. We have another unit to host pets.
