Holiday rentals with a patio in Walkerville, Windsor

What an excellent stay at the Phunky Pheasant! It was so close to the action. Just a close walk to Michigan Ave, and then a bit further Michigan Central and the rest of Corktown. Everything else was a super close drive / Uber. Allison & Anthony were the most gracious hosts, continually checking in to ensure our needs were met. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at more well appointed, thoughtfully curated airbnb. This one is a keeper, folks!

Monica is an exceptional host – she left very thorough instructions, followed up with us consistently, and had a magical space that made us feel right at home. The bathroom and bath tub were incredible! The neighborhood is unique with lots of DIY parks and urban agriculture – lots of friendly neighbors who were open and welcoming to sharing the history of the area and their dedication to maintaining it. We loved our stay here and would definitely come back again! Detroit is an awesome city, and this is a great location to experience the best it has to offer!

Very safe feeling in downtown Windsor. Parking included and separate entrance. I’ve stayed here a few times now and will continue to try and book it when I’m in town.

Clean space, easy to access, and very easy to drive downtown or out to the suburbs as needed. This was a very convenient location by car. Bed was very comfy, and Jordan was always responsive. Street is mostly quiet, with some ambulances that pass by infrequently.

Casa Rio was so cozy and comfortable. It certainly felt bigger than it was and we had plenty of space for all 6 in our group! Everything was spotless and looked as if it had been recently updated. Eric and Anitra left a nice note and some treats for us upon our arrival. They were quick to answer any questions that we had very quickly and thoroughly. The view of the riverfront from the front porch was fantastic! The area was quiet while still being close to all of the things to do. We will definitely stay at Casa Rio whenever we are in the area again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was as described. The location was right next to a park which added to our overall experience. The place had everything that we needed and more. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one.

Robert and Lisa are wonderful hosts, accessible and helpful when needed. The location is in a quiet Corktown neighborhood where you feel comfortable sitting on the front porch. The accommodations are clean, roomy, and updated. Comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. The updates to this older house are appropriate and well done. We would absolutely return!

Such a cute place. We felt safe and secure while there. Everything was clean on arrival and we had a great stay. Sarita was great at communicating and responded quickly.

This was the perfect spot for a vacation with my parents. Dre and Roza was responsive to my questions to make sure that my mom who has mobility issues could easily get into and move around the place. The house was very clean and homey and in a nice walkable area with murals in which we felt safe. Lots of food near by and easy access to everything we wanted to do. It was also easy for Lyft to pick us up/drop us off. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone travelling to the area.

The house was absolutely beautiful! We stayed for 5 nights for my sister's wedding, and Nora was incredibly welcoming and understanding. She graciously allowed us to host a small gathering for the occasion, which made the experience even more special. We had a wonderful time and made unforgettable memories in this lovely home.

She is very responsive, her home is squeaky clean it looks just like the pictures. It's a very quiet and peaceful neiborhood, I promise if you book her home you will not be disappointed. Justin’s place was Amazing! He was easy to work with. We did have a problem trying to figure out how to lock back door but he sent video of process and we were able to solve. The location is perfect access to midtown and downtown. Whole Foods around the corner.

I loved the place, very comfortable

Nice apartment in a nice area. Everything in Royal Oak is about a 10/15 min walk. Drive to downtown Detroit is around 15 minutes

Clean, quiet, convenient and comfortable! Perfect for our long weekend in the area and we would absolutely stay again!

Shone's place is roomy and comfortable. The bedrooms are located on either end of the place with access to a bathroom right next to each bedroom, adding to privacy. The kitchen, dining area and living are together in a nice, roomy open area. The furniture and beds are comfortable. We had stayed once before and liked it enough to stay again, which is not often the case.
