The south facing boiler house has an area of approximately 70m2 and an open sleeping area on the gallery. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

The new building, 2 holiday homes for a total of 12 people (6 people per house) will be available in the near future for a relaxing holiday. In the near future is a gorgeous wellness oasis with an outdoor pool, sauna, etc. planned. A double bedroom and a shower room are located on the sloping floor and are accessible via a rustic staircase from the first floor.

The flat is lovingly furnished and has a large balcony with a breathtaking view. Situated a few hundred metres away from St. Andreasberg, it is wonderfully quiet, yet everything is within walking distance.
