This is a gem of a place, nestled high up with breathtaking views. Sarah is an excellent host, who gave precise and great instructions to get to the place. It is perfect for two people, with enough amenities within a cosy place. I highly recommend this place!

Great place for a relaxing quiet time, with a welcoming helpful host. Although only 6' wide, a very long space for bedroom and chairs with breakfast items in one part, settee by patio doors, and then fridge and bathroom in other part. Decking outside along the full length overlooking the private garden, and countryside. No microwave or means of cooking a meal, but plenty of provisions in the fridge for "continental" breakfast, homemade bread, and a fruit bowl, amongst other things. Craven Arms, Little Stretton, and Church Stretton nearby for pubs, restaurants, fish and chip shops etc. Depending on direction of arrival, a sharp turn onto the driveway, up a track to the house.

Thanks for a comfy stay in a beautiful, peaceful, mid Wales valley just 20 minutes from lovely Aberystwyth. Hearing owls and spotting foxes in the so-silent lane was wonderful! We and our teenaged sprog and cockapoo all felt right at home in your clean and cosy annex. We were grateful for your offer to help with our dog (not needed in the end, but much appreciated) and loved sleeping under the stars up the tiny staircase. A very firm bed and sofa bed! We will be back again to enjoy the peace and quiet (and even braved the Devils Bridge route out of the valley - what glorious views). Thanks again Daniel!

Lovely place in a little town. Airbnb was spotless and homely and overlooked the hosts beautiful garden. Lots of communication from very friendly hosts, all in all a great place.

We have just got home from our stay, we had the best time. Thank you so much for having us! Really friendly and we were shown other properties on the site and they were all beautiful, we will definitely return another time. You have everything you need for a long or short stay, very well equipped in the kitchen and spotless throughout. The location is perfect, really easy to find, nice and set back from the street so you feel like you’re in a little haven, so peaceful with lovely areas to enjoy. Wake up to the birds singing safe to say we are very relaxed. We loved spending time in the sauna, every detail has been thought out from extra towels to bottles of water, well worth the add on. Lots todo locally too we were lucky to have fab weather so the beach is literally 10minute walk and it’s beautiful. Lovely cafes and bars, everyone was friendly. We took a drive up to Harlech castle the views of the bay on the way were amazing! Well worth a visit. We will definitely be back ?

What a wonderful place to stay. The owners were very friendly, accommodating and made us feel very welcomed. The cottage is beautifully decorated, clean, beds are very comfortable, WiFi is fast and lots of parking. It was lovely listening the birds and watching the sunset. It lacks for nothing for a week’s stay. It has fantastic view from the deck & garden area at the front of the property. It is so quiet and peaceful. We loved it! We'll be back that's for sure.

The most perfect place to spend our mini moon. Location is perfect, so peaceful and private - views are incredible with a hot tub in the perfect place to admire them. The place itself is cosy and has everything you need - super comfy bed! Whilst we stayed, we climbed up Pen y Fan, did the four falls walk and visited the national cave centre. Would 100% recommend Ceri’s place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape.

A beautiful apparment, lovely hot tub and spotlessly clean with a great atmosphere. Very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time here. so relaxing and quiet. Would book again.

After a long drive from Yorkshire, it was lovely to make a cup of tea in the little kitchen and relax on the sofa. Everything we needed was there. Everything was clean and tidy and we'd definitely stay here again 🙂

The place was very nice, super clean and had everything laid out exactly as we’d expected. Sarah was very prompt in reaching out and replying, and the little touches were much appreciated :) Would definitely recommend this to others!

Sarah was very friendly and proactive with comms around my stay in her place. The bedroom area was spacious with lots of storage and acomfy sofa. The bathroom had a nice shower and clean towels. The little kitchen area was enough for my stay for a quick ready meal and she had thoughtfully put a few things in the fridge for drinks and breakfast (although I had already brought my own). There was even an offer of a lift to town or a glass of wine :-) Although very close to Chester centre (10 min taxi) and the highways, there was no audible road noise from within the apartment so I slept soundly. Outstanding in every department. The annexe itself is a renovated outhouse, renovated to the highest standard. The location is superb to go to whatever you want to go in the region. We climbed Pen y Fan and it was worth every sweat and tear to get to the top. Brecon Town Centre has lovely Welsh craft shops, pubs and plenty of places to eat although we eat both nights in The Clarence Inn, food was exceptional. Liz and Ian are fantastic hosts and cannot be more accommodating. The accommodation had everything my wife and I and our little Spaniel needed. A very relaxing and exhausting two night stay. We really enjoyed our stay, the suite was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The garden was outstanding, not to mention a very clean and luxurious hot tub overlooking the garden and fields. It felt private and there was plenty of parking space for the two of us. Great place to stay, thank you!

We enjoyed a lovely week at Chris's place. We celebrated Liverpool's Premier League win using the studio as a base to get in and out of town for the various events happening over the week. We also checked out some of the numerous great restaurants nearby. The studio had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and Chris was very friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay at Lesley's place. it was exactly as described and was perfect for our short stay. Lesley provided plenty of stuff for us to make breakfast both days. The kitchen was fully equipped should you want to cook. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely perfect, look exactly like the photos and was just what me and my wife needed. Cannot speak highly enoygh of the host as well who made sure we settled in and could contact her if we had any issues. Would definitely recommend

Myself, my husband and our dog had a great stay. Lovely peaceful area and we enjoyed exploring Penarth and walking through the many parks nearby. This is a lovely apartment in a great location.
