Beautiful place, beautiful garden. Next to the forest. Great hiking area. Apartment is also nice and Roland is a good host.

Everything was great! The only small flaw is the loudness of the house. You can hear the upper apartment quite loudly.

A super nice and lovingly furnished apartment. A real "home" - I immediately "fell in love" with it😍. There was nothing missing. Daniela and Daniel, you are totally nice, friendly and warm hosts! A nice welcome, - personally and with the small welcome tray in the kitchen. I will sow the forget-me-nots in my mini garden and gladly think back to the beautiful stay. Highly recommended! Beautiful accommodation with many excursion destinations directly in the area. My girlfriend and I had a very nice vacation and felt comfortable there.

Very cozy, nicely decorated and well equipped apartment. We were greeted very nicely by the hostess and got some tips for our stay right away. The proximity to the lake and the local gastronomy is great and everything is within walking distance. Only a baker for fresh rolls in the morning is missing in the village. We had a lovely holiday and highly recommend the place.

We had a great stay in Volkers' apartment. Excellent, quiet location near the spa park. We didn't miss anything in the apartment. Perfect amenities. If we make another rehab visit to Bad Sassendorf, we will definitely stay in Volkers apartment. The excellent price-performance ratio is particularly noteworthy.

Were 5 people to a festival in Büren. Parking in front of the house can be found! The place was clean and cozy! Markus was very friendly and was able to help with questions and wishes. By car, you can quickly get to Büren and Paderborn. I can recommend the apartment!

We spent some nice days at Klaus's place in Selkentrop. The accommodation is newly renovated, totally cozy, clean and is very quiet and close to nature – ideal for a small break with children. Especially great: the private playground right by the house. Everything was well equipped and child friendly (high chair, fall-out protection by the bed). Otherwise, everything was great and Klaus, who lives on the property with his family, was very friendly and easily accessible.

perfect house for a family with small kids, they really enjoyed the sandbox, small vehicles, puzzles etc... Location is also nice, near the dam but still quiet street.

Very clean, good opportunities inside and outside to sit, eat, grill, play, etc. with many people. Beautiful play corner in front of the house for small children. From the house you can start walking directly and find nice hikes in the area. Communication impeccable. One shortcoming in the house was the kitchen equipment. For example, we lacked wine glasses in the two apartments, and there were no large bowls.

The accommodation is super well thought out for larger groups – spacious, modern and cozy at the same time. Especially cool: the two roof terraces with gas grill, the large communal living room and the foosball table. Everything was very clean, super equipped (kitchen, technology, PS4, games, etc.) and check-in was uncomplicated. The quiet location close to the city was also great. Absolutely recommended – we'd love to come back!

The rented property was spacious, clean and soberly furnished. The surprise was the garden shed; it was full of all kinds of toys for the children. In short, a gold mine! The contact with the host was good, especially when an incident with the oven occurred. Friendly response, without judgment. Very pleasant! There is plenty to do in the area; walking around the Diemelsee, play on the Adventura Spielberg in Medebach, visiting the Sky-Walk in Willingen... the house is a great base! Another plus; the bakery in the village has the most delicious sandwiches :).

Beautiful location, surrounded by nature, lots of sunlight. House is cozily decorated, you feel right at home. Anything you need is available. Extra effort was made for our small children (baby cot, high chair, stair gate). Close to beautiful hiking trails and only 5 to 10 min drive to other places in Winterberg for skiing/sledding. In the evening enjoyed a campfire and the sauna. Communication with the owners prior to our stay went very smoothly!

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

We went to a family celebration in the area and stayed very well with Andrea. On a positive note is the bakery, which has delicious breakfast and can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

The home is spacious, light and clean. It was quite chilly inside at first, but with the wood stove on, we had a pleasant temperature in the cottage as quickly. The house was very fully furnished! We were by motorbike and we were given the opportunity to store the motorbikes in the garage. From this location you can take beautiful touring rides. Around the corner is a bakery/pizzeria where you can eat well and get fresh bread in the morning. We enjoyed it and felt completely comfortable. Thank you Birthe and Chris!

The apartment is good and has all the amenities listed, I had a great experience during my stay. I recommend it also for long stays. I will gladly come back if I am in the surroundings.
