It was nice, small tip; put the facilities (jaccouzi/sauna) in the price of the night. If people didn't want to take advantage of it they wouldn't rent a place with these facilities😅. This will avoid surprises at the end of your stay and an additional deposit. Other than that, great.

We had a lovely stay in Kapelle. If you are looking for a quiet place with lots of privacy, Casa Fico is definitely recommended! What a luxury: a 'private' hot tub overlooking the Zeeland fruit trees. From Kapelle you have many fun trips within 30 minutes or you rent bikes or an e-scooter to explore the area.

We found a lovingly designed, very well equipped house in every way. Everything was as described and as pictured. The house is quietly very close to the dunes. In the garden we saw a rabbit almost daily. Esther, the manager, was very friendly and responded super quickly and immediately found solutions for everything. We enjoyed our stay and would vacation here again. Thank you!

The cottage is in a great location and yet private and peaceful. We had a lovely time and Marnix is a very responsive host. The place is well equipped and clean with a big garden.

Our stay with Michiel was very pleasant. As a couple with a dog, the house was a cozy place where we lacked nothing. The kitchen is well equipped and has various appliances. We prefer to bring some utensils, kitchen knives, for example, ourselves. There was plenty of space to store the bikes and the terrace and the garden, as well as the tranquility and the well-kept outdoor areas also helped to relax. We will be happy to come back.

Had a great stay. Close to Antwerp and Ghent, which was the main reason for our stay. But still peace and quiet around you when you were at the cottage. Our dog also had a great time. He played nicely with sweet dog Bo.

This accommodation is clean, generous & well presented and is conveniently located for Bruges, local walks and amenities and for connection to other local towns and locations. The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay and would suit walkers and cyclists (it has an integral garage) and there is adequate local on-street parking. We would definitely stay here again

it was a lovely cottage. In particular, the garden was really fantastic. Everything was available for a pleasant stay.

Our stay was absolutely amazing - we are a family of four, with two small kids. Our choice was optimal - the apartment is extremely clean, which is important for us as the little one has the tendency to "clean up" everything he sees on the floor :) The sheep across the fence were a huge plus for our older son, who was telling them good night every evening before going to sleep and checking every now and then, if they are still there ;) The small shed in the garden was optimal for our bicycles and bicycle trailer. The apartment itself of comfortable and of perfect size for the four of us to stay close together, but enjoy a very high level of comfort. It's very clear that the owners paid special attention to details and high quality of the equipment - this is a huge plus! Last but not least - the hosts are simply lovely! :) We would definitely stay in the same place again and can only highly recommend it.

We spent 4 days in the beach house. We received clear instructions on how to get to the cottage, very useful. The cottage itself is a bit dated but everything is in it and it works and gave us a nostalgic feeling (we are 64 and 67 years old). Our condition was put to the test by the high dune crossing but has clearly improved after these 4 days :). But it was wonderful to stay by the sea (where we had 3 days of sunny weather) well entertained in the beach house and we enjoyed it very much. Certainly subject to repetition! Agnes and Arie

We felt very comfortable! Sophia was always available and super nice! Behind the house is the playground, but the property is still not visible and you can relax on vacation with children. In addition, it was very clean and the kitchen is well equipped. Everything is top notch!

The cozy, secluded cottage of Willem and Hannah is ideal to relax from everyday life. There is everything you need and you can quickly reach Vlissingen and Middelburg by bike or car. Ideal for two people, you get used to the somewhat steep stairs to the bedroom quickly.

A well-preserved gem in the heart of Zierikzee. The best way to describe this oasis of peace and hospitality. Upon arrival, Aad was already waving enthusiastically and welcoming us. The personalized parking space also made us feel welcome right away. Afterwards, we were given an extensive tour of the cottage and the surrounding area. With the necessary tips and tricks for exploring the city, we were ready for our 4-day stay. The cottage offers everything you need for a cozy and pleasant weekend getaway.

Beautiful place right on the beach. For the beach, the wagon and umbrella were very convenient:) A small note: to get to the bedrooms, you have to use a quite steep staircase. This is not suitable for all ages. Can recommend the property:)

Good place, very cozy town, good nature. It has board games, bikes, very well organized for guests. There was a request for an additional deposit which I did not accept to keep all agreements in Airbnb and the host accepted. Highly recommended for a relaxing trip with friends.
