Holiday rentals with a patio in Wałbrzych County

We had a very pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment. It had everything we needed – well-equipped with utensils, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, and even a washing machine (though we didn’t end up using it, it was great to have it available). The sofa was comfortable to sleep on, and the sauna was a fantastic bonus – a real added value to our stay. There were plenty of games available for kids, both desktop and PlayStation, and having access to Netflix was a nice touch. The neighborhood and apartment complex were quiet, and the parking space was spacious enough for our car. The area is very walkable, and the town itself is charming and offers plenty of things to do and explore.

My mother and I stayed in Lukasz's apartment for a week, and we were so happy with our choice to book! The price we paid was comparable with hotels in Katy Wroclawskie, but the apartment was so much better - it became our little sanctuary after days visiting family, the area, and Wroclaw. Everything was exactly as described, and as seen in the photos. The peaceful garden outside gives you access to some outdoor space too which was a lovely extra! All appliances and amenities inside the apartment are new, modern and in pristine condition. The apartment block is very peaceful and quiet, and in a nice newly developed area of Katy Wroclawskie, with a supermarket next door, a pizza restaurant a 2 minute walk away and an easy, straight, 15 minute walk to the town centre, and 15-20 minute walk to the train station. Lukasz was very responsive, proactive and helpful. We would love to stay here again next time we're in the area! Thank you :)

Super nice and clean apartment. We were very warmly welcomed and immediately felt really comfortable. The apartment is located in a very quiet area, yet you can quickly reach the center with many shopping facilities and restaurants. The apartment is in impeccable condition, everything is very clean and furnished with great attention to detail. Unfortunately, we were only able to spend 1 day here, but we would love to come back! We can really recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to spend a few nice days in Jelenia Gora!

The cottage is practical and pleasantly furnished. Throughout the cottage there are brackets where you can hang your belongings, also in the bathroom. That is very pleasant! The second toilet upstairs is also very pleasant. It's nice and cool downstairs, even when it's hot outside. The cottage is furnished with care and therefore very cozy. Highly recommended!

The house is right on the ski slope. A large property, a barbecue and wood for the barbecue are provided. Andrzej personally welcomed us, explained and showed us everything. In the house there are two toilets and showers – perfect for two small families. Everything in the house is designed with love. A special thank you for the little gift. Unfortunately, there was little snow during our stay, and the lifts were not in operation, but of course dear Andrzej had no influence on that;). We really enjoyed it!

Very nice place, with a beautiful view, peace around. The host is available for suggestions on what to visit in the area. For the little ones, there is a playground on the premises of the resort. On winter evenings, there is a sauna. In all, I recommend it.

We took the cottage for the whole weekend. Everything is as described. The cottage is located in a quiet place, with beautiful views. From the terrace you can watch the sunset over the mountains :) Close to attractions and trails. Very high equipment - everything feels like home; stove, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, etc. In the garden, there is a sauna and a barbecue. A parking spot in front of the cottage. Highly recommend :)

My friends and I came to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city to a quiet hilltop house. The rooms were clean, the owners provided the house with proper equipment - towels, beautifully smelling linens, barbecue equipment, proper kitchen equipment and dishes. First of all, the cottage has a magical atmosphere of a classic highlander wooden house that helps you relax. Despite the pre-sil-year period, we found very warm weather, which allowed for an easy driveway to the cottage - but with snowfall and icing, I would advise to stock up on chains. Plus the beautiful surroundings - Hrodna Castle, the lake, Regata restaurant by the water (delicious food is recommended!), and lit up there. The owners put their heart into the construction of the house and put a lot of work into making our stay in their cottage to leave smiles on our faces. Recommended! 12/10!❤️

Nice stay. The lady who take cares of the house was really helpful and friendly. It's possible to get local products: bread, eggs, sausages.
