Absolute riverfront, close walk to town cafes bars

Situated in a quiet location next to a park, on the banks of a river, this property is suited equally to a family or a group of 6 friends . It is located within an easy walk to the shops, beaches & many cafes & bars. Kaiti Hill & the cycle way are also within easy access for those keen to exercise. We live in a separate house on the same property but even though we share a driveway & front lawn both houses enjoy a high degree of privacy. *Please note there is unrestricted access to the river*

Inner City Cottage

Cute inner city Cottage. Easy stroll to city centre, harbour, restaurants and cafes. Catch a movie and pizza at the superb Dome cinema. On Saturday mornings pick up fresh local produce, cheese, wine ,fruit , veges ,meat ,fish and bread at the local farmer's market. Drive or cycle to one of Gisborne's beautiful beaches.Walk across the river to the botanical gardens or down to Ballance Street village for a fabulous coffee or pizza and a rummage through Retro. Or hire bikes and hit the wineries.

Grand old villa on large private section

Beautiful renovated villa set in sweeping established gardens, wrapped in porches to soak the sun at every time of the day. High ceilings, native timber floors, majestic old style windows and beautiful outlooks will have you feeling relaxed from the moment you wake to your final Gisborne wine or beer on the porch at the end of the day. Close to beaches and town (5 - 10 minute drive), Farmers Market and museum, this home has the benefit of peace and quiet, but also of being centrally located.

Our house is located down a peaceful little lane in a semi-rural setting, with a beautiful outlook to the surrounding countryside & hills. We get stunning sunsets right from our living area, clear views of the stars at night and the peaceful serenity of the birds chirping. Just a 5 minute stroll to the Wainui beach access way at the end of the road and a convenient 8 minute drive into Gisborne City. Our place is ideal for families, with a private self contained studio & three bedroom house.

Free unlimited WIFI, Smart TV,Heat Pump, washing machine,BBQ. We have it all here. Private back garden & Large driveway Secure garage perfect for your cycles & surf boards.
