You are welcome to make use of our multi sport turf, tennis rackets and outdoor bowling kits are provided🙂 The Flat is attached to our home, the bedroom has a queen bed and the lounge has a double sofa bed. Whare manu is a private, self contained boutique cottage that is solar powered. Set back into native bush with views of the sea and beach, which is only a minutes stroll away. Watch the Tui's and Bellbirds feed on the sculpted bird feeder right on the deck. Designed for couples to relax, unwind and enjoy. No children please. If you would like your stay to include the 24 Dec please contact us, we can open for you, there are no checkouts on 25 Dec & a min 2 night stay. This is a unique place.

Great little spot. 200m from the North beach & River. 5min walk to central Riverton - supermarkets & cafes. You maybe able to bring your dog - please check with me first. Dogs need to be kept on a lead around our yard at all times (because of our animals). And they also need to be able to stay off the furniture. The Shack (and yard) are not child safe, please let me know if you have a young child with you. We are also on the Te Araroa Trail, so great for backpackers.

We loved our stay at Hayleys Granny flat. It was perfect and had everything we needed for our stay. Hayley had the flat very warm when we arrived. It was cosy all night long with the night store heater. Loved how close it is to the beach, a 2 minute walk if that. Very private accommodation too. Hayley had excellent communication and instructions and easy very flexible. Thank you for letting us bring our dog Indie as well. We appreciated that a lot. We will 100% be coming back to stay again. Thanks Hayley 😊
