Amberley is a 50 minute drive north of Christchurch. airport Our cottage is located on a lifestyle block. We grow hazelnuts and have lifestyle animals on farm.You will be enjoying the peace and quiet of a farm setting. We have an a separate cottage with two bedrooms, laundry, open plan living with kitchen and dining setup. Access to under cover parking for one car. There is a heat pump to keep you cozy in winter and cool in the summer. We are surrounded by nature and amazing skies.

Aunt Jessie's Cottage

Welcome to our tranquil oasis in the centre of Amberley. As you come through the gate you will feel transported into a completely different world, surrounded by beautiful natives and blooming cherry trees (in season). This character filled cottage was originally built in 1903, it's full of charm with many modern additions. The garden is very private, so much so that you can unwind and relax in the outdoor bath under the stars and no one will know.

Relax in this private, serene, stylish, countryside self contained studio unit. Private guest access, lovely rural views of the Canterbury Plains and Southern Alps. A clear night will provide amazing visibility of the Milky Way sky. As well as relaxing why not also enjoy what the area has to offer. Relaxed, comfortable, spacious and quiet. The garden is a hidden surprise and the house has many beautiful features. We are an easy going retired couple and we love hosting people in this unique garden setting. The room has access from the deck so guests can come and go freely. You will find here an oasis of calm to simply enjoy or a base to explore all the region has to offer.

This spacious new build is a 9 min drive from Christchurch Airport. It is situated opposite the Groynes Park Reserve, with lakes, walking tracks and Clearwater Golf Resort just a stone's throw away. If you want to check out the city center it is a 15 min drive. Or if the beach takes your fancy it is also only 15 mins from door to sandy beach.
