Very clean and well appointed condo with ocean view. Recreational gear was available. Host provided notebook with pertinent information about the condo and the area. Parking was readily available.

We had a fantastic stay! Anneliese made everything so easy. She provided super clear directions and it was so simple to check in/check out. She was friendly and communicated well. The location is very walkable to the nearby coffee shop, restaurants, and beaches. You can tell these hosts thought about all the little details like the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and beach toys. We really enjoyed it!

We really did enjoy our stay here, it was easy to check in and it’s about a mile away from some very delicious restaurants and shops. The rec center is down the street and the pictures are as described. Brandon is very responsive and quickly answers your questions and gives useful information. The cottage was quaint, clean, and very cozy and relaxing. It was very clean, however I did have an issue with some things that weren’t thoroughly cleaned and wiped down. I’m very particular as I’m very allergic to dust so I mentioned this to Brandon and he offered to have his cleaner go back and fix the spots that weren’t thoroughly cleaned missed. However it wasn’t anything major as I’m just picky. The kitchen and bedrooms were immaculate and looked brand new. There are tons of supplies in the house and in the garage, which I loved. Brandon was so kind, due to this issue the owner came by and gave my kids candy and a book to read. It was very thoughtful and sweet. Overall great experience.

A slice of Paradise! A gem in the treasure trove of Princeville. We had everything we needed and wanted. It exceeded expectations & photos. The exercise equipment at the club house was well furnished. The whole complex area is extremely well maintained. Very pristine & private. Beautiful furniture inside and on lanai. Kitchen very well stocked and had laundry soap/dryer sheets available. Many extras…drip coffee maker, aluminum foil, cooking oil/spices, refrigerator with ice, use of beach chairs, towels, etc. Extremely clean & comfy! Laura- onsite contact was very helpful, kind, & communicative. If you want to experience the essence of Hawaii & Aloha… this is the place for you. We have been to Hawaii on 6 visits & this is by FAR the BEST place we’ve stayed in! Thank you so much Cynthia for sharing your gem with us! We definitely want to return to your slice of Paradise again! Words cannot convey our gratitude for the incredible experience & hospitality… Mahalo!

Great place in the north area of Kauai. Close to Hanalei. Sina’s place was great for my boyfriend and I. We really appreciated the AC in the bedroom and the free laundry in the place. The host was also great at communicating and responding quickly. I would book with Sina again in the future! :)

We stayed our last night in Kauai at Jake's place, and it was nice to have somewhere very close to the beach while still feeling very private and peaceful. The only noises heard were the chickens. They have air conditioning as well, which made for a comfortable sleeping situation after having spent the last week in an un-air conditioned space that at times felt too warm and humid to be comfortable. We didn't make use of the kitchen, but it was a nice space. Not sure about the pans/dishes but the sitting area was comfortable. The bathrooms were nice a clean, and the beds were comfortable. We did book this last minute, and so we felt that the rate was well worth the amenities and comfort.

We had a great time here! We loved the location next to the Grand Hyatt and all that they have to offer. You can walk to shipwreck beach 5-10 min. Geralyn was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. it was hard for us to find a place last minute that would accommodate 7 guests. this place worked out great it's just the right amount of beds. if you are looking to stay in Poipu/Koloa this is a great option. We loved all the beach gear available for use in the garage. Very convenient. Hope to be back again sometime in the future.

We had a great time in Kauai and Clint’s condo in the Kiahuna Plantation. Clint was very accommodating and responsive and there was nothing to complain about. Loved the balcony chairs and was a quick walk to the beach and drive to the shops nearby!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Der Check-In verlief problemlos (Anfahrt mit Auto). Die Unterkunft war überduchschnittlich sauber und sie entspricht den Bildern. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Wohnraum wirkte uns grösser als auf den Bildern. Die Terasse lädt auf einen gemütlichen Kaffee am Morgen oder einen gemütlichen Abend nach einer Tour, Wanderung oder Stranddtag in einer farmlichen Umgebung ein. Man hat seine Privatsphäre und die Gastgeber sind freundlich, hilfsbereit und antworten rasch bei anfragen. Ebenfalls bietet die Unterkunft einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Touren und Erkundungen. Wir waren sehr glücklich mit der Unterkunft sowie dem Standort und würden Sie definitiv wieder buchen.

If you need to relax in a spacious home on a gorgeous property away from the hustle and bustle but still near amazing restaurants and stores… this is it. This place has an old Hawaii charm with all the modern conveniences. Also, if you are booking any Na Pali tours, this is so convenient and close to the harbor where all the tour companies are located.

We have stayed at many different properties of Susanne’s over the years, and this was one of our favorite places to stay. Exactly as depicted in the ad. Super clean and super convenient. We can’t wait to come back to Kauai and stay in one of Susanne’s properties in the future.

My family of 6 stayed 5 nights at this beautiful property. The house sits secluded in its own grove of fruit trees, surrounded by a canal. It is also just a short few-min walk to Moloa’a Bay, which is never too crowded. The spacious house has everything you need to cook meals, or enjoy some downtime on the wrap-around porch. It also comes equipped with all of the necessities you would need for enjoying the beach- kayaks, surf boards, snorkels, towels, fishing rods, and more!

Fabulous location, steps from Hideaways, short stroll to Queens Bath and 1 Hanalei. We walked everywhere, saw tons of turtles, kitchen is well appointed, exceeded our hopes, thank you!

Great space with a very nice host and lovely location. Easy to get to and from here and it was walking distance to beach. Had nice amenities like beach chairs and snorkels that could be used for day as well as bikes and kayaks. Overall very quiet and nice space. Would recommend and would go back.

What a pleasure it was to stay at Kendall's! The home was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed from baking dishes, herbs to beach chairs and a cooler. The home was beautifully decorated and having two separate floors for our party of 5 was really wonderful. We really enjoyed having every meal out on the lanai. Having such close access to the beach, Waimea Canyon and more was really fantastic! The cherry-on-top was Kendall's dog Piper, who adopted my family for the week. Both Kendall and Joel were incredibly welcoming and helpful. My parents are already talking about wanting to come back to their home! I couldn't this place recommend more!

A Kauai gem, highly recommend! The house was amazing along with all of its amenities. Nestled at the end of a quiet cul de sac with beautiful views. Convenient location to everything on the north shore!

This lovely home is private, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. It was a perfect place for our family to stay and enjoy both the natural beauty of north shore Kauai and the fun outdoors. The views of the mountains and greenery from the back of the home are amazing as is the sound of all the birds. Donkeys and horses came tight to the back fence, which our young daughters loved. Great beaches are minutes away. The home is not a far drive from Hanalei and Princeville, and there are also beautiful beaches along the way, so we visited and ate there a few times. This home is fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Laura, the co-host, was exceptionally proactive and responsive. The accommodation exceeded its advertisement, and parking was convenient. Situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood, the rental's location was ideal. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and would book again!

We greatly enjoyed our stay here. Being in a residential community, it was very quiet and peaceful. The outdoor shower was fantastic. Felt right at home - everything was very clean and nicely furnished.

Great place - would come back in a heartbeat!

Overall we had a wonderful stay at Rico and Cinzia's place. Everything was clean and you are right up against rocks with water crashing against them. You can see turtles swimming and even spinner dolphin's one day. It is within walking distance to Poipu beach where you can rent snorkels, boogie boards and surf boards. Also, within walking or driving distance to The Grand Hyatt that has wonderful restaurants or Shipwreck Beach that is a great beach and has an easy explorative walk/hike. If I had one critique it would be for stocking the house a bit more with simple things like pens, games, parchment paper or storage bags.

We enjoyed our stay! Our host was flexible with our check in time, which we really appreciated since we were traveling with our little kids. Amazing location. Close to Poipu beach and many other activities. Thanks for allowing us to stay in your home and checking in with us to make sure everything was going well.

We loved our stay at this beautiful condo. I wish I could hire the owners to decorate my own house because everything was just stunning. My daughter said, “this is my dream beach house!” We appreciated how well stocked everything was. We felt right at home. All the beach gear was perfect for our family of 5. We also appreciated that the check out “to do” list was short and sweet. We loved the açaí bowl place that was within walking distance and we loved how close the condo was to Hanalei town. My only suggestion is if you’re traveling during the summer months, stop by and turn on the AC units in the rooms before going to explore the town. We didn’t and regretted that because it took a little while to cool down the house. But after a couple of hours, the condo was very comfortable. Don’t hesitate to book this spot- it’s great!

This place has it all – and more ! The house is one of the best we have ever stayed in. It is wonderfully located at the Golf Course so everything around is very green with open views in all directions (easy walking distance to a beautiful little shopping and dining village). The house is very bright (you can open the entire back front of the living room/kitchen), provides for wonderful modern and tasteful furnishing, large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, a great kitchen with everything you could think of, great bathrooms with an extra outdoor shower between green flowers (view protected and warm water), and two terraces you never want to leave (don’t miss the millions of stars at night you will see once you extinguish the Tiki Torches nicely surrounding the backyard). Needless to say, everything was super clean and shiny. Kaycee is a great host, very responsive, and kind. We’ll most certainly be back.
