Vizcaya is a renovated 3 br waterfront holiday home, fully fenced facing north west with superb views to Lyttelton Harbour, Quail Island, Governors, Cass and Corsair Bays. Close to Orton Bradley Park, Charteris Bay Golf Club, tennis courts, Church Bay & Diamond Harbour restaurants/bars, a supermarket and only 30 minutes from Christchurch. With drive on and additional road side parking, guests also enjoy 2 kayaks, 2 bicycles, a table tennis table and dart board, plus a public boat ramp 75m away.

Waimairi Beach, a delightful sanctuary to relax in

A beautiful residential house located by the beach that has a self contained luxury apartment on the ground floor with your Airbnb hosts living upstairs. A quick walk leads you directly to the beach with many walking/mountain biking tracks. Only 90 minutes drive to local ski fields. There is a TV, Netflix, WIFI and off street parking. Can sleep up to 6 people in two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. Kitchen is stocked with a few days of self serve breakfast supplies to start your visit.

Coastal Cosy Sun-drenched on Beachville

This beautifully sun drenched, light & open planned home is six years old & right on the Coastal walkway. A 30 second walk takes you to a small reserve with seating right on the ocean. Located in a quiet garden setting, & with large bifold doors opening onto a sun drenched deck.. Again a 30 second walk to the local shops& cafē’s It’s a short 15 min walk to Sumner surf beach, cinema, more cafes and wonderful restaurants. I’m on the direct bus route frm Christchurch International Airport.

Beach House - South Brighton 2 bedroom unit

This is part of my home across from the beach in South New Brighton. I am listing it for up to 60 nights per year to cover my rates and running costs. It is not suitable for children under 6. The unit has everything you should need for a short stay including the use of my laundry. I have kept my pricing low and simple. No cleaning fee and no charge for the second bedroom. I don't expect guests to clean, do laundry or put out rubbish ( but appreciate it if you do!) Max. stay 10 days.

Newly renovated self contained cottage minutes from the beach, shops and walks. The Shack has had a new lease of life and sits at the back of your hosts house. You have your own entrance and privacy, a spa to soak in and your own courtyard to watch the sunset. Comes with a friendly dog too! A 2 minute walk to watch the sunrise on the beach or the same to watch the sunset over Christchurch. Markets , hot pools, supermarket and shops 15 min walk. Bus stop to city also close. Perfect!

Our delightfully renovated apartment is only metres walking distance to the beach & New Brighton. Private entrance. This well equiped unit has light & airy spaces with shared courtyard. The apartment is ideally suited for a couple with a comfortable queen bed. Fully equiped kitchen with open plan living/dining. A second bedroom/ Day room with Nood Couch can be set up as 2 single beds. The apartment is attached to our yoga school. shared courtyard . not suitable for toddlers.
