I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning chalet in Sur, and it exceeded all expectations. The location, right by the sea, added an extra touch of magic to the entire experience. The chalet itself is a true gem. The built-in smart system made everything effortlessly convenient, from controlling the lights and air conditioners to managing the indoor swimming pool with its captivating lights and jacuzzi feature. The pool truly felt like a private oasis, and the smart system added an exciting layer of control. The interior of the chalet is a masterpiece. The gorgeous kitchen, complete with modern amenities, made cooking a joy. The showers, equipped with a rain shower and a luxurious bathtub, were a highlight of relaxation. Very nice house with plenty of space

This was the best experience we ever had through Airbnb. The host was very friendly and a great example of Omani hospitality. Upon arrival we even received fresh fruit and other groceries from a family member of the host. We definitely recommend this listing!

The house and the outside are very beautiful and allow for a comfortable stay. It takes about fifteen minutes from nizwa center but close to shopping malls I'll be back!

Accommodation located 8min walk from Wadi Shab departure, very clean and pleasant with a salvaging pool in great heat and stunning sea views. Bushra also offered us a great dinner, a great value for money. I recommend it!

Welcoming and beautifully decorated traditional house with calm and private outdoor space. Confortable beds and sitting areas indoors and outdoors. Clean toilets and bathrooms (a couple more towels would have been nice) Kitchen needs some improvement as it was not fully fitted nor kitted as described - lack of cooking facilities (no gas connection to gas hobs), although bbq facilities were provided which would be perfect for longer stays. Location is very good in the town centre, close to shops and restaurants.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown (SUR).

We absolutely loved our stay at the Eva Chalet. It was private and peaceful and such a stylish and clean place. About 18mins from Nizwa and has beautiful surroundings. It was great for our family - the kids enjoyed the outside space and ample room for us all (we have 4 kids). We would happily stay again and our host was super helpful.

Amazing place and responsive host. The villa is directly in front of the beach. The villa was very clean and equipped with all essential items. many restaurants are nearby.
