The location of our apartment is ideal for excursions to the region, Lake Waging (approx. 4 km), the city of Salzburg (approx. 35 km), Lake Chiem (approx. 33 km), Berchtesgaden (approx. 54 km), and Lake Königsee (approx. 59 km).

Our great garden at the edge of the forest, with birdsong and the sheep on the pasture next door, overlooking the mountains is pure relaxation. The best way to get to us is by car. The apartment is located in the basement. Cleaning agents and disinfectants are there. A bike path leads around Lake Waginger and Lake Taching, the warmest lake in Bavaria. The heath hike with the moor lake is only a kilometer away.

Welcome to Tittmoning,an idyllic small town on the Salzach. Leitgeringer See is a 5-minute drive away. The 66 sqm new apartment is within walking distance of the historic old town and is very quiet (cul-de-sac). It is a new building (hillside house), the garden is not yet completely finished. If that doesn't bother you, then we are very much looking forward to seeing you. Meals are provided by supermarkets, a butcher, several bakers, as well as restaurants.
