No parties allowed at this house. If you are planning a party, please look for another home. Welcome to Woodrow Retreat! The house features a remodeled kitchen unlike anything you will find in this area. Marble backsplash and a huge counter for entertaining. The house has ample room for 8 guests. There is a 65 inch TV and electric reclining couches and loveseat in the living room. Spring training site for the Rangers and Royals is 5 miles away.

The house was clean and quiet! Kelsey came in the middle of her day to help us with the hot tub and was very kind. We were welcomed with a chilled bottle of wine and bottled water, both very appreciated! The ONLY thing that wasn't perfect was my family's need for TVs in all bedrooms since they are very spoiled to sleeping with them on. There is 1 TV in the living area. But that worked out and made time for the family to utilize less screen time and more family game and swimming time. My hubs and I wanted the pool table and the kids wanted the pool/hot tub. So we all had our time together and apart. There are also safety alarms on the patio so the littles can't sneak out! The home was well stocked as everything was thought of. The king beds were very comfy! The Keurig didn't work, but there was a regular coffee pot with filters & coffee provided. We will definitely return and I've informed the kids to bring their tablets if they "need" the TV. We truly enjoyed our stay!

We moved from WA and needed an Airbnb for a little more than a month. Our teenagers had enough space and privacy, and they had their own bathroom. Our room was spacious and filled with light. The kitchen and living area were large, and the backyard was a great size for our four dogs to run and play. The neighborhood felt very safe at night when we walked our dogs, and it was very well located. Surprise is a new, developing area that is growing. The hosts were very nice and answered all our questions quickly. Great house.

Shawntel was such a sweet host. She responded in a timely manner and was so personable! She also provided clear instructions for everything, so finding and accessing the home was a piece of cake. The house was exactly as it looked in the pictures and had to be one of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in. We loved the luxury of having a private pool and used it daily. We are already so eager to come back and have told all our friends and family about this house! ❤️10/10 experience!
