The apartment meets all conceivable expectations. We have not previously stayed in such a fully furnished, modern apartment - everything is there: microwave, 2! refrigerators, dishwasher, fully automatic coffee machine, glasses and dishes for every purpose in more than sufficient numbers, fully equipped kitchen in which many spices and consumables (such as tabs for the dishwasher) were also available. In addition, little things as a special service: a night light, cotton swabs and cosmetic pads in the bathroom, four large umbrellas in the wardrobe… Everything is nicely decorated with sense and reason. In short: everything is fine. But the highlight for us in January was: the beautiful oven, with which you could make yourself really comfortable. There were only three of us, but the apartment has eight beds. It could get tight at the table in the kitchen - but I'm sure Jitka has a good solution for that too.

Just back from a weeks stay in this beautiful house. The beds are extremely comfortable and we really liked the nice open plan layout of the kitchen/lounge/diner. Jakub was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive. If in the area again, we will definitely stay here again

David has a great taste for beauty.. The home is well maintained, clean and cozy. It has all amenities one would need to enjoy a peaceful vacation like Sauna, grill,.. to name a few. Our dog liked the large backyard where he could watch the birds and sunbathe..

The cottage is located in an amazing environment. Beautiful forest and peace around. The host is great to deal with. And we'd love to come back here. Thanks for a great stay.

I was at Tereza's for the second time and had a nice time again. Quiet and relaxed in the countryside. The dogs enjoyed the garden very much. You can walk directly with the dogs in the countryside and do big laps. Thanks for the time out :)

I stayed at Klaras place with some friends and we had a wonderful time. It's a beautiful location, private and with charming outside amenities like a grill, terrace and a huge garden. I will try to come again in the future!

Natalie was super helpful getting questions answered. The time difference had some delays as expected. Was perfect place for myself and friends who traveled there. The courtyard was beautiful, quiet and peaceful. We cooked several meals. She arranged to have breakfast made for us just down the street since they didn't have anything in town which we did for the first couple of days until our activities took us elsewhere. She provided many details and suggestions for tourist type stuff. We also had a car, public transportation is available, but we didn't use it. All in all, was a fabulous trip and happy we stayed there.

The stay was just perfect! Milada and her son were always available for us and offered us everything we needed! The house is in pristine condition and offers enough space for all guests. The outdoor facilities are beautifully landscaped and offer first-class comfort. The space is actually better than the photos. The area is beautifully quiet and you can also have good parties here!

David's house is a hidden treasure. The simple, clean and smart modern architecture of the house on one side set in the slope and on the other side by a total glazing open to the garden is not only visually attractive, but the house gives plenty of light, sun, air and cool even in the hot summer. The great design of the house and its amenities are embedded in a breathtaking garden including a natural pool. The house and garden are simply wow and the connection of modern design, architecture, and nature is like a textbook. Great communication with David, who was always ready to respond or vegetables available in the garden, are the cherry on the cake. We spent here with my wife and our pointer who worked perfectly in the huge and rugged garden, just three days, but we definitely want to come back if we can. David is a great host and his place is definitely one of the absolute best places I've ever been through Airbnb. I recommend 100%.

5 minutes from Center of Telč ! Miluše was really kind to me. She drove me to her place the day I arrived and also drove me back to the station the day of departure. Also, she took care by preparing a very nice breakfast. Her place may be old, but it's giving local vibe and very private ! I enjoyed it alot. Definitely recommend the place and Miluše to other !

We had a fantastic stay! The house was super clean, full of comforts, and the fenced garden is very private and it is wonderfully quiet and quiet. From the cottage we walked with the dog in the beautiful surroundings.

The place was nice and clean, the owners were communicative and helpful. The only down side was that the place was initially very cold and it took some time and effort to heat it up just by fire. After roughly two hours, it was already very warm and after filling the stove with wood around midnight, we were warm until 9am.

I would like to thank the host for providing a quiet accommodation, a comfortable atmosphere, and a place to relax away from everyday life. I rested well. Thank you.

Beautiful place, nice and practical newly renovated shepherd's hut. Great in any weather. Few minutes on foot from the car park. Solitude and quiet. Recommended!

Thanks for a great place to stay. Our young children had fun on the trampoline and sandpit, and the adults enjoyed the barbecue and hot tub, which the owner worked for us even if it was not on the offer. We also appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and the welcoming coolness in the house. We loved the rustic character of the house and the cared for flowering garden. Highly recommend!

Very nice hostess, absolutely sufficient accommodation for us, everything as described and photos, nice attention as a gift for guests on arrival. There is nothing to complain about, perhaps only a few roe deer under the window when waking up, plenty of hares 😄 Really nice place on the edge of the village, but enough privacy ensured.

Lukáš gave us some excellent recommendations for walks and food. An excellent space to work in as well as relax. Plenty of inspiration for drawing and watercolor. We lit the fire on the first day and the house stayed quite warm for the rest of our four day visit. Loved watching the birds. Thank you Lucas. We had a restful break.

The house was ideally suited for our stay with 1 adult and 2 kids.

Beautiful cottage on a small pond with great views through completely glazed facade. The house was very clean, good and useful with everything necessary for the kitchen, bathroom, towels and linens. Even a sup and paddle boat are available. The fireplace creates comfort on cool rainy days. The garden with lake access and private jetty is simply great. Absolute tranquility, idyllic surroundings with beautiful trails. Also highly recommended with dogs. Only the spiral staircase to the sleeping area is not that good: very narrow and the tread surface of the steps is much too narrow, probably not correctly mounted. Especially the descent is really dangerous. Therefore: great house and really recommended, but only for people who very safely climb narrow stairs and have enough arm power to hold on well.
