Naturnahes Leben und Erholen – direkt am Nationalpark Eifel. Das Tinyhouse liegt oberhalb des Rursees. Wanderwege liegen direkt vorm Haus. Spaziergänge im Schnee und die wohlige Wärme im Häuschen sorgen für Entspannung & Gemütlichkeit. Im Sommer lädt der Badesee mit Strand zum Schwimmen & Wassersport ein. Es gibt keinen direkten Seeblick (Bäume davor), doch der wundervolle Viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar (100m), wo man nachts die Sterne ungestört beobachten kann.

Vuokrattavana loma-asuntomme alakerrassa sijaitseva vierashuone omalla sisäänkäynnillä, suihkulla ja wc:llä. Huone on tarkoitettu muutaman päivän vuokraukseen, siinä ei ole kunnollista keittiötä. Varustukseen kuuluu jääkaappi, mikro, kahvin-ja vedenkeitin, leivänpaahdin, astiat, aterimet, sekä suuri patio, pyyhkeet ja petivaatteet. Aidot puulattiat, tilava suihku, mukava sänky ja upea näkymä järvelle sekä vuorille. Oma sisäänkäyntimme on talon toiselta puolelta, joten yksityisyys on taattu.

I have chickens, ducks and sheep. I also have a dog, Gina, and a cat, Luzie. There is a small living room and a spacious bathroom above which is the sleeping loft under the pointed roof. The location is fantastically beautiful: on the lake, very quiet and yet in the middle of the historic town center. Directly below the castle and only 20 minutes by car from the Nürburgring or the Moselle. Renovated in 2021 and equipped for 6-10 people on three floors with a small wellness area and lockable parking space for your bicycles.

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Koblenz Metternich. Das Stadtzentrum befindet sich 4,5 km weit entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt an der Straße. Supermärkte (5 Min) , eine Bank (5 Min), eine Apotheke (20 sec), das Bundeswehrzentralkrankenhaus BWZK (7 Min) und die Uni Koblenz (2 Min) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze gibt es auf Anfrage direkt vor dem Haus. Kostenfrei auch in den Nebenstraßen.

Deze ruime woning (55m2) is uitermate geschikt voor wandelaars, fietsers en gezinnen met kids. Pal naast de woning ligt het Nationaal Park de Eifel en op enkele minuten rijden bevindt zich de Rursee. Dit is één van de grootste stuwmeren van Duitsland en biedt vele watersport mogelijkheden. Vanaf het balkon heeft u het mooiste uitzicht van het dorp, over het prachtige berglandschap van de Eifel.

Schöne geräumige 2 Zimmer Wohnung im Herzen von St. Goar. Bahnhof, Innenstadt und Fähre sind jeweils in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem wunderschönen alten Mehrfamilienhaus mit herrlichem Treppenhaus und altem Weinkeller, das früher eine Weinhandlung beherbergte. Im Hof des Hauses befand sich im Mittelalter der alte Marktplatz von St. Goar.
