Ms. Semiha and her family were very helpful. The house is close to the center of Alaçatı in a place with no parking problems very close to the markets. The pool is clean and comfortable because it is in a location that is not more visible than the surroundings. It's a very nice option for vacation with the family. Highly recommend. An absolute dream in Alacati! This villa was truly a highlight of our vacation! The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures – the large pool and the lovingly designed outdoor area invite you to relax from morning to evening. Everything is well maintained and high quality. The interiors are modern, tastefully furnished and lacks nothing. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fully equipped kitchen with high quality appliances – perfect for cooking together for the whole family. In the evening we almost always ate outside, overlooking the pool – simply fantastic! The location is also unbeatable: in a few minutes you are at the most beautiful beaches in the area or in Alacati for strolling and eating. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely be back!

Hello, first of all we would like to thank Burak and his father Mustafa for their warm hosting and professionalism. The villa was very clean and as in the photos the owners are concerned about our well-being. They even advised us on activities and finding good restaurants. I would highly recommend it. We were in contact with Mr. Ferhat until the day of accommodation, and he provided quick and solution-oriented answers to the questions. We met Ms. Sebiha on the day of our stay, and even in the phone conversation, her sincere and warm voice is enough to put you at ease. Everything was so perfect that I can say that we had a home in Çeşme that we will come back to :) Everywhere was sparkling clean and smelled like cleanliness :) Ms. Sebiha's gesture for our breakfast was very thoughtful. Every detail in the house was perfect in one word. It was a very nice and very subtle behavior of Mrs. Sebiha to pour water behind us and make good wishes while sending us off. We would like to thank Mr. Ferhat and his mother, Ms. Sebiha, for everything.

We had a great family vacation and a great time in the house. Korhan and his family were very friendly, helpful and always available for any questions. The house fully met our expectations and the quick accessibility of various restaurants, shopping and the beaches within a few minutes by car was great. Nothing in this world is perfect and I could certainly name 1-2 things that were not 100%, but overall we were more than satisfied and would book this accommodation again and again. During the holiday, Mr. Ege took care of us. He helped us with everything from the moment we entered the house, and the house was better than we expected. It was clean and tidy. It was a great holiday experience. I'm sure I'll come again.

It was as clean as a villa could be. The pool was also spotless. I think the pool was bigger than it looked in the photos. It was on the BBQ and we were able to use it. The kitchen was very tidy. There were glasses, pots, tea, kettle, etc. There were only holes in the mosquito nets. We dealt with a few mosquitoes. Other than that, it was perfect. The place where the house is located is very calm and peaceful. 8/10 minutes away from Ilica beach by car. She really deserved her money. Ms. Cansel answered our questions quickly and was very interested. I recommend it to everyone.

Despoina is really thoughtful. Everything you would need is available in this house. Flexible check-in and check-out times have been a life-saving place for us to stay when we come back.

This jewel is right on the beach called Limnos, only a few minutes drive from Limnia, Volissos and Agia Markella. We have spent many hours on the two balconies staring at the sea or the stars. Our hosts had also supplied a parasol and sun loungers for us to enjoy the beach while swimming. Because it was low season, it felt as if we’ve had the whole Limnos area and beach to ourselves; what a luxury! Though there was no horeca within walking distance open yet, we didn’t have to drive far to enjoy scrumptious food and drinks. The traditional bakery “Klossa” in Volissos has been a highlight and already a fond memory. Our hosts received us with big warm smiles and an overflowing bowl of seasonal fruit. They have been friendly, discreet, helpful, flexible and very generous in every way.

It was a stay that I could recommend with peace of mind. I would like to thank everyone who has taken an interest in us.

Beautifully maintained home in an ideal, serene location with beautiful sea view and easy access to beach. Quiet and comfortable. Manager of the location, Angeliki, was the most attentive, kind, and helpful property manager EVER! With her living on the property, we were able to check in late (22:30) with ease. Our next visit to Chios, we will be staying at this property again, for certain.

Nice and cozy place with very comfortable bed even for my husband (186cm 100kg) which is very rare ;) especially in Greece where You get either hard as wood or extremely soft mattress We love the view from the porch and house location, you get peace and quietness combined with good point to explore south and central part of Chios.

Enis is a very hospitable host, he helped us a lot. The location of the house is great. The house is very beautiful, there is a different story in every corner:) Since the house is in front of the street, you can hear motorcycles and people, but it is an advantage that it is an alley. Recommended. 👍

Very nice apartment with air conditioning. Lots of space, very pleasant to live in, ideal for all types of travelers, alone or with family. The apartment is close to Chios. There is a small supermarket around the corner where you will find everything you need. Maria greeted me on my arrival to show me around. I really enjoyed the cake she made for me and the water in the fridge, especially since supermarkets are closed on Sundays. Maria is a very kind person and was available whenever I needed her. She even allowed me to find beekeeper honey. I recommend it.

It was the best vacation we've ever had. Endless thanks to the host. They were warm and caring as if we were on vacation with a family elder. The house was spotless and everything was perfect. The house is very close to the center of the island, food and drink spots and the most beautiful bays. The hosts are overly considerate and friendly. If you are looking to be in a place, that is walking distance from the center of the city of Chios, this is your place. The place is exactly what you see in the pictures. Lot's of privacy. Only minus on the place is that there is no view towards sea (you are surrounded by buildings), although the garden gives some nice touch. Highly recommended

Hospitality was great.

Our stay was very nice. The apartment was clean, but also within walking distance of the university and the center. It was in a quiet place where there was no noise from the street. Nikiforos is very friendly and willing to answer everything! Thank you very much for the hospitality and when we visit the island again, we will stay there again!

The communication with the host was excellent. We were able to check in early and check out later than mentioned. The host was very friendly and answered all of our questions immediately. The house is very very cute and as shown in the photos. The location is super peaceful with very nice garden area and amazing view ! The house is small but very neat. It has everything you need. The village around has two restaurants (that we saw) but no shops so be prepared and do your shopping in the centre of Chios. You definitely need a car as there is no transportation (we didnt see anthing) but there are very beautiful beaches on the west side of the island which are 15-20 min drive away from the house. The parking was also very easy, the restaurant just next to the house has a free parking area. Overall it was a very pleasant stay! We enjoyed it very very much and thinking of coming back later on again! Thank you for the hospitality!
