The apartment is in a great location, in a quiet neighbourhood, in walking distance (<5min) from the center of the city The only thing that was a drawback for me was that there were no blinds for the bedroom windows and the curtains were not enough to block the morning sun since the bedrooms were facing east.

There is no fault. The apartment is as described. Very clean!

Ajdin is very friendly and welcoming, and was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and places to visit. The apartment is right in the middle of town making it easy to walk to all restaurants and points of interestwith just a couple minutes. The apartment is very modern and clean with plenty of space and great amenities. Free on-site parking is available across the street from the apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Jajce

Spomenka is really friendly and very helpful host, with many advices around area, as well for anything i needed to ask or hear some advices… Only thing, which is not really her fault, is that over weekend days, ( sorrounding is places with night parties events), so, for me was ok, but noises gets deep in the night… However, not but best for Spomenka, and definetlly for recommendation

Compliant apartment In the photos , very clean , well equipped , very well located and easy to find . Kata is very responsive (same day booking) and clear explanation to access the apartment . Perfect apartment to visit this beautiful area .

Zeljko always responds very helpful to the messages and has a very great apartment that he provides. Although it is a 20-minute walk to downtown, there are very good bars and restaurants on the way there, so time flies by. The residential area is very quiet and you have a Moji market 50m away. Very good stay with a very good host, I am happy to recommend.

I absolutely loved staying at Davor's place! The apartment is brand new, tastefully decorated and super clean. The neighbourhood is lively and in a central location, with lots of nice cafés, but quiet in the night. Davor is also a great host - very responsive and helpful. I would definitely come back here again.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Denis's. Beautiful apartment, modern, comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The location was ideal - with local shops, bakeries and bars and a walking distance to the city centre. Denis was a perfect host, very welcoming and responsive. I'd absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Banja Luka!

Very well located if you are by car – in 2 to 4 minutes, you are in town (I think it is also possible to walk there, but we have not tested it). Easy to find the parking space in the residence. Mini-fridge and kitchen at your disposal. A huge thank you for the delicious tea 🙏🙏🙏 Very nice decoration inside, everything is functional. Communication with the owner is just great.

Recommended apartment, lovely hot tub and sauna

“If you are looking for a chance to see the real Banja Luka, and meet some of the real happy friendly people, then Ljilja's place is perfect. It is very clean and tidy, and your host will make you feel welcome. There are plenty of local amenities nearby and the town center is only a 20 minute bus ride away. Just take no 2 bus or 13A. The bus stop is only a short walk from the house. If you are coming by bus to Banja Luka, the main Bus station is only a 10 minute journey. I noticed all along the route there were a lot of interesting shops and businesses. I like to compare prices of items between places so this was great for me! If you were intending to drive or cycle there is plenty of space for parking at the house, and taxis can be organised if necessary though I mostly used the bus, there is usually one every ten minutes or so. There are plenty of local shops, post, bars and places to eat, and if you walk about 15 minutes back towards Banja Luke town center there is a bank on the right hand side with a cash point machine. There might be others nearby but this was the one I used. The house is quiet and peacefull in a pleasent safe area. There is tea and coffee in the kitchen, and soap, shower cream and toilet paper in the bathroom, clean sheets and blankets in the bedrooms. There is a really nice garden around the house with fresh fruit you can pick to eat, a small river that runs next to the house, and plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing. The host, who speaks very good English, German and some French, is very helpful, and can recommend plenty of interesting places to visit. I definitely would recommend staying here if you like to have a relaxing holiday you can tell all your friends about.

Good location close to center and new park nearby. Plenty of shops and food close by. Apartment included a private garage parking space which was great.
