Welcome to our renovated traditional stone built home! The interior features a modern hue, it is spacious and includes all the amenities to make your stay luxurious and comfortable. Enjoy a relaxing drink in the garden and walk around our picturesque village, or use it as a starting point to discover the numerous beaches of the island. We are located 200m to the port, there are 4 beautiful beaches in a range of 200m to 4km and within walking distance to the commercial part of Korissia.

Vourkari Studio

Cosy studio in Vourkari Kea. The studio is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The Studio has one king-size bed, bathroom and fridge. The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, close to all restaurants and bars. Gialiskari beach is only a 5 minute walk away. Unfortunately we can't keep luggage . Staying after checkout is charged and depends on availability. Cats live in the premises

Kea Villa Thea "Ilios Villa" Private Pool

Ilios Villa is a new 65 m2. This 2 Bedroom Villa and is part of Kea Villa Thea Complex. Located on a hill only 1.5 km from Vourkari & 1,5 km drive from Otzias Beach. Ideally it sleeps 4 people. It is a newly built 60 square meter 2 Bedroom Villa, overlooking the Aegean sea. This house is a stand alone villa house with outdoor area and you might see other guest from other villas The house is 150 meters from the Main Villa and next to another 1 bedroom studio.

Agelos: Beachfront relaxation as never experienced

A serene place for you to relax. 1,3 kilometers from the port, yet isolated & supremely quiet. The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The property is split into two separate levels/villas. Guests have their fully private level, Agelos villa, complete with living area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms & toilet. They also have their own patio with sea view.
