The sea is just 50m away. It consists of one bedroom with one queen bed, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with complimentary toiletries), smart TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. You can enjoy food & drinks on its terrace with spectacular view of the deep blue Aegean. The port of Adamas is 5 min away with a car.

The koufiakas boathouse is 50 square meters and is located right in front of Pollonia beach (in the most beautiful traditional village). It is recently renovated and fully equipped. It has a refrigerator, electric stove and air-conditioner. The visitor can enjoy the view of the sea even if he is lying in his bed. A dip in the deep blue waters in front of the house will convince him that he made the best choice. Ideal for honeymoon couples .

We host three more houses in Kimolos. Vroulidi Xaplovouni Makropounta The house is located in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood five minutes walk from the center of the village. Next to the bus stop, opposite the mini market Kiki and above the free municipal parking. The internet is very good and many guests come for remote work as well.

Μanolis and filio home by the sea is on the first floor while on the ground floor there is another independent home (belongs to another owner) The building is right in front of the beach, where you can swim with the most beautiful the sunset.
