Rødhættes Hus is a tiny house, which is peaceful and idyllic on the shore of Kovad Bækken, in a clearing in the middle of Rold Skov and overlooking the meadow and forest. Just a stone's throw from the beautiful forest lake St. Øksø. The perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking in Rold Forest and Rebild Hills or as a quiet shelter in the tranquility of the forest, from which life can be enjoyed, perhaps with the mouse owl hovering over the meadow, the squirrel darting up the tree trunk, a good book in front of the wood stove or coziness in the firelight at night.

In Hjarbæk (10 km by car and 7.5 km by bike) idyllic marina, reputable inn and delicious ice cream house (summer open). 50 meters from the house stop for bus with several daily departures to Viborg, among other things.

The apartment has its own entrance, a key box for easy check-in, an electric car charger and free access to a washing machine. Inside there is entrance hall, small bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms, fully equipped open plan kitchen and living room with comfortable 140 cm sofa bed. The home is located in rural surroundings with many opportunities for experiences in nature. Parking right at the door. "Aftægtshuset" is a home of 80 m2, of which 50 m2 is used by AirB&b guests. 2 beds with the possibility of additional bedding. Bathroom and kitchenette with refrigerator. Note that there is no stove. Try, for example, a hike on the Himmerland Trail, a fishing trip at the beautiful Simested Å, or visit the lovely Rosenpark and activity park. The area also offers exciting museums.

Here you will find nature, peace and plenty of cosiness in authentic surroundings. The house is the original cottage built around 1930, while we live in a newer house on the property. The house deserves to be lived in and cared for, and you – our guests, contribute to that. We also appreciate offering our guests a different type of holiday and on a budget.

Quiet accommodation in the charming Landsted, on a large natural plot. Enjoy the view of the glacial meltwater gorge and the neighbor's grazing cows just outside the front door. Take a walk on the large natural grounds, in the forest on the slope down to the small stream, hang out by the small garden pond or get your pulse in the air on the garden trampoline. May say hello to the base's hedgehogs, deer and pheasants.

Forget your worries in this spacious and quiet space where one can be yourself. The apartment also has a nice big terrace where it is possible to barbecue and relax in the sun. NOTE: Bedroom is on the 1st floor. Easy to the railway station (1.2 km), the pedestrian street (1.9 km), Netto (1.6 km) and fyrkat (3.6 km) which has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site. OOPS. Weeks 28-29-30-31 it's only full weeks.
